We need a manager to fight for Celine's career, charge the label for releases, Celine's personality doesn't match this position, she won't go head-to-head with the label and demand things.

Spoke to someone who works at RW earlier tonight. They said that the November vacancy at the theatre is specifically for Celine, but that they don't know for sure if she'll return that soon. So I guess there's still a little hope for a November premiere.

 

 

You know, I really can't see this happening anytime soon, Its only 3 months away.

In the past 2 weeks or so, videos on Youtube alleging that she has died have gotten probably over a million views total, if not 2-3 million.

 

It's sickening that someone would post such a video, and depressing that so many people would fall for fake news.

I saw this “The premiere concert on 15 March 2011 was filmed in its entirety.” So, they can release this one and I wouldn’t complain since her voice here was so in top shape and this opening show sticks to the original concept of the show. They can release this

Her recent shows were all fully taped, so they could basically release CD/DVD sets from all of them. But for some weird reason they are holding everything back from us.

she released several movies and a full album for the movie Marry Me + a beauty line and her fashion involvement. She also performs in New Years Eve shows and other events, whereas Celine is nowhere to be seen.

Because she is sick at the moment and taking time off relax... i have said this before on the forum... she is not in her prime anymore.. accept that otherwise well be getting the same comments in 5 years still...when she is ready and well we will get more of her.. on the other hamd she cans use a better team yesss that i agree on..

My feelings think Céline's team is the worst, reason says that Céline's team doesn't exist.

 

This is not possible to have such a bad team, litterally doing nothing.

The most basic thing ( social media updates) is not done. This is not possible. Let's think that the official Spice Girls ( = a group who has been active 3x in the past 22 years) instagram is updated every 2 days!

 

Come on...even a fan would do it for free!

 

Let's give her team ( well, René) credit for what they did : as a 90s star, they've been very wise/visionary to bet on shows as from 2003 to survive in this business.

 

On the other hand, they totally missed the train of social media/streaming , she will never recover in my opinion. Although I don't explain why globally less active (beside her sickness of course) and older artists are higher on global spotify artist chart.

 

But bringing up JLO is quite interesting. Not that I think they have similar careers but the way they handle it is different but not sure one way is better than the other .JLO has a long run of shitty and unsuccessfull singles and movies and she is still seen as a global superstar. And JLO like many other previous generation stars get to work with new generation , they dare to reach out and they know that they are so famous, they won't be shut down.

 

Céline could work with JUST the whole world but Celine's team is like : "oh! An obscure DJ is walking in showing a remix of MYWGO...fantastic, let's work together, please remix Céline's next single and be a producer on the album"

It’s all exciting if true. I’m hoping an album is on the cards. Even if it’s a greatest hits… ( which I believe would go to number 1 like other 90’s artists recently).

Bad example cause that dj is one of the most well known djs in the wolrd and his produced perfect goodbye was great one of my faves on the album.. and lets be honest on the courage album they got very wellknown songwriters, sam smith, adel greg kurstin, sia, david gettA.. but i feel part of the team is missing indeed.. like pr team sucks

How many hits do you see? Nobody knows Steve among the mainstream audience.

He might be known in electro festivals but that's it.

It's not the same caliber as Calvin Harris, Kygo, etc...

 

And hiring a electro dj to produce a ballad was laughable.

Perfect Goodbye is one of the worst vocally produced songs on the album , there's no vocal direction.
