According to Erick Benzi, nothing is scheduled with JJG and the "new" songs everyone was talking about are leftovers from EUS ( though he doesn't say if Céline recorded them or were just not chosen back then).

Well Eric Benzi confirms everything we already know. It was said that it was old JJG songs/leftovers.

 

We only know that she was filmed and seen in studio recently when it comes to new possible projects.

I’m now in the nothings coming camp. If there was something coming, they’d do an update which says so. We don’t need details, but the fact they’ll let this silence go on for so long is telling.

 

I find I’m visiting the forum less and less now which I’m kinda sad about. Been a member since 2007. Whilst I think her team are a disgrace, I’m disappointed in Celine too. Fully appreciate she has an illness but why isn’t she pushing the team into releasing things to keep us going. She couldn’t care less anymore, that’s the sad conclusion I’ve come to.

 

Edit - the more I think of the current situation the more annoyed I get. When things are good we buy tickets, albums, merch and all the rest. We support everything she does. It’s a two way f-ing street. Personally I think it’s disrespectful and a kick in the face to the fans who’ve supported her for so long. ‘Come see me and buy my stuff’ but when things get bad you won’t hear a peep till there’s something else to sell. Bad form.

You and I feel the same way. I’m glad someone else think that some of the blame lays with Celine. At the end of the day she’s the boss, the team “works” for her, and like anywhere else if they aren’t doing their job well they should be gone. If Celine is done that’s fine, if that’s the reality but then tell us. Don’t invite us to be part of your journey because you felt you were “lying to us” and then disappear again.

 

Celine should know better, Rene made it clear how important the fans are. Ever since he passed the relationship between Celine and the fans feels very transactional. They only care when they need our money,

 

I don’t think she’s going to return at all anymore at this point. We might see her in a random commercial, at a Las Vegas show/concert every few months and if we are lucky presenting at an award show in the future… but new music, new shows, and a social media team with a hint of a clue I think isn’t going to happen. Saying/hinting that she will be back onstage, working on a show.

 

At this point I don't have high hopes. Or it's a health thing, or a contractual issue. Almost 2026 now, if the next few months keep this quiet I don't see it happen.

 

Meanwhile they have loads of music in the vault from recent recordings. Release it!

What a shame! It seems that everything related to the world of Céline has come to an end. Where are those years when we were all one big family, enjoying her music, and almost addicted to this forum…? It seems that Céline no longer cares about us, and that for so many years she has only used us to make money.

 

Where is everything René taught her? René taught her that we were all a family. Now, in the behind-the-scenes of her new makeup line, she looks so happy showing off that product. Why, if you’re presenting yourself so well, don’t you say something to the people who have treated you so well for so many years and who, according to you, have been like a family to you?

Why don’t we do something so Céline can see our wishes? Some attention-grabbing video on the internet. She might see it herself on YouTube, or it could even appear on television, and through its reach, she’d find out. She must watch TV. In Spain, we have a portal where we can see the titles of all the songs that each artist keeps in the vault. There are many from Céline. I think it’s inaccessible from outside Spain. I’ll show you a sample
