What the fudge!! Why is the live version was released? It should be the studio version!! Ayayay! OMG! I have to say this again. ORCHESTRAL ARRANGEMENT DOESN'T WORK WITH THIS KIND OF MUUUUUUSIC. OH MY G! The bass drop is gone. It sounded flat and the chorus part sounds like a midi.

Part of it is because the video. It's not that special.

If it would be a video with her serving looks and all that would get noticed.

And her being on Carpool Karaoke was way more interesting for media than ending Vegas from what I notice now.

 

Let's hope this is just a buzz single and they will come up with something bigger and better.

And maybe this will be their excuse to say, 'see its not working forget about the rest'

 

 

 

The video is fine! It’s the promo I’m talking about. No news sites are even talking about it other than justjared

Not that we know that this performance was really supposed to be filmed and be used as promotion, I really wish she wore something cooler that fits the song and not the golden diva gown (don't get me wrong, it fits her perfectly but I do not think it matches with the song) Edited by Frozen_Phoenix

It's time to Celine call Madonna to teach her team how to promote! (Her new songs are nothing special but look at her latest music videos. That's art!)

 

The eyes of the world are on Celine right now and her team looks like completely lost.

 

Will Sony Music release the "Celine" Live DVD before the "Courage" album and FOMO is the promotional single of that DVD??? I don't get it?

 

Will Sony Music once again release a Celine Dion album without a music video to promote it?

 

Why invest so little when the return could be tremendous???

 

I hope to be exaggerating and soon to be very surprised...

Celine is never good on music video.... Other than iacbtmn n few others... All her music video badly produce.... Any students with phone can do a better job.

 

So if they don't serious about making 1 great music video then don't bother to make 1 cheap production.

 

I would rather celine well known for her voice and singing skill rather than a cheap video production.

 

No meaning and so shallow the content.

sorry I said it in a another topic.. THEY SHOULD HAVE RELEASED THE STUDIO VERSION!!! This song completely looses it in this Vegas setting! There is no dancebeat - this is a EDM track and you do not play it with normal drums! It is like using jazz drums for a dancebeat. It just does not work! Even in Vegas they could have used the actual dancebeat! Sorry I am just... aargh. I mean, who in the world thought this was a good idea???? to release this Vegas version.

If this is the only version they release people will forget about the song, any potential to have it succesful killed and when the album finally is released nobody cares anymore accept the people that buy the album anyway. :hammercomp: :ranting:

She could very well be doing what Mariah did with GTFO and Caution and be releasing a Buzz Single a month or so before the main one, generating hype. If thats the case then a music video is not necessary

 

I dont believe in the term and concept of “buzz” singles. Theres no “buzz” single and “proper” single. There’s just a “single.” Every single is supposed to create a buzz. They just started using “buzz” single as an excuse when the song doesnt do well or doesnt chart well... they have an excuse to say “Oh its alright. Its just a buzz single.” I remember when the first singles of Caution came out, they kept saying they were buzz singles when they failed to smash the charts. And they will only say that a single is the “proper” single when it does well, sadly i dont think that happened to any single in the Caution album.

so just because she sings ballads it could not work at all?? yeah sure when they promote it like this - in that bird outfit on the cover and with a ballad gown in vegas without a dancebeat. Good work to indeed let it flop this way.

Why on Earth is it not on iTunes? I’d buy it - even though I would prefer to have the studio version rather than this not-quite-live-not-really-studio version. But I buy everything via iTunes/Apple. As does everyone else I know. Why oh why Team Celine? What are you doing??!!!!
