Think it makes more sense ‘winds of change’ - like an eagle, spreading wings, soaring etc etc...lol. Doesn’t matter right now but I love it

I think "wheels of change" is a more common term/metaphor used in literature to signify a shift or change in status. But you're right.. doesnt matter to me right now either...hahahaha i also love the song anyway! Hahaha

yihaaaa.. that's the way...!! if not the vegas end would have been very forgetabble.... I'm not too much into the plan but they have one... first she was "recovering"... a little bit of "let beauty come out of ashes?" because she is right now... finishing vegas.... "Flying on my own"... very narrative... "huge over the last years tv documentary?" we'll see...

Now I really hope we have the new single by far this friday!....

 

By the way... freshhhh song... good vibes... this is going to be in my gym playlist for very long... and I'm good with the golden dresss... she is the queen.. she doesn't need to dance.. she has to make US dance...

 

and finally I'm happy someone recorded it but... what an audience.... it has to be so hard to performe a new dancing song and i guess everybody there standing still with the phones recording.... I miss those no smarthphones days... buuut in the other hand...we all listen to the song today!!!! (First world problems)

Love the intro too, a bit oriental à la Eyes On Me.

 

I found the overall structure interesting. Of course some basic dance type song, à la David Guetta, but with different flavors here and there ^_^

No think it's "winds of change". It's a more common expression (plus it fits the "flying theme").

It would've been a nice title for the single/album too... :wub:

Well, at least it sounds better live with some real instruments, than it did in that tour promo clip. Thank god for the orchestra!

But I suspect the actual studio version will be more like the tour clip... hopefully not indicative of the sound on the entire album!

Call me crazy, but I am simply obsessed with that song :D It’s just what I always wanted her to record, and now she did it!

 

It has such an awesome Asian/Thai touch, I really hope that she recorded the music video for it when she was in Asia last year. It would fit it so perfectly

Haven’t been able to get this song out of my mind for the last two months...but this morning it’s getting worse and worse 🤪😂

For one of the rare times, I will disagree :-D

 

Maybe musically it is not the cup of tea for everyone (taste is personal) but I do not find it fake: the lyrics are exactly where she is in her life right now.

After recovering, she is indeed flying on her own, taking chances and being the boss. ^_^

I was referring to the production. No interest in that fakery.

They could include 2 versions on the album. A radio mix (=version we've heard a snippet of) and a slow version with piano and strings.
