SantiagoColorado Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:29 PM Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:29 PM If asking what an acronym means is really such a bother to you, I’m sorry to say it but I don’t think this is the proper forum for you. You’re just going to be incredibly frustrated all the time. We’ve all had to ask at some point or another something like, “What is TRIGO?” because we can’t figure it out and someone will kindly reply with “The Reason I Go On.” And we smack our heads and go “D’oh!” They preferred to fight instead of telling him the song titles 1 Quote
SantiagoColorado Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:39 PM Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:39 PM I didn’t make you feel not welcome. I simply pointed out that we use acronyms on this forum. EVERYONE DOES IT. CONSTANTLYI suggested that you’re probably going to end up really annoyed/frustrated if you don’t like the use of acronyms and that perhaps another forum wouldn’t frustrate you quite so much. you wrote all that instead of simply let him know the song titles 3 Quote
couldawouldashoulda Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:49 PM Posted October 28, 2019 at 04:49 PM you wrote all that instead of simply let him know the song titles Yeah it’s absolutely ridiculous for a Celine Dion fan to have to ask what IACBTMN is. Especially, ESPECIALLY, when I’m giving my review of a concert where we all know what the freaking set list is. It’s not my job to spoon feed people. Y’all are acting like I’m the only person to not write song titles. What the hell is this?!! I sometimes forget how full-on bonkers some people are until I try to engage in an online forum. 3 Quote
isurrender Posted October 28, 2019 at 05:00 PM Posted October 28, 2019 at 05:00 PM I think someone has mentionned it before but a good compromise the « greatest hits » setlist most of the audience buy tickets for and an original setlist asked by die hard fans would be performing a sort of « surprising » song every night. No matter if it's a well known song that has been already performed (like I Surrender) or not (like Then You Look At Me). I think that would please every kind of fans Taylor Swift (among others) does it regularly and fans love it! Sometimes, when I read such a post, I get very confused. I don't know if people are talking seriously or just expressing fantasies. I have hard times ( but maybe it's just me being narrow-minded) how we get turn this idea into reality. In world where we coudn't even get ONE "never sung song" of hers on her setlist, I don't understand how we can hope for a "surprise song" every night haha Quote

Popular Post Alex_Incognito Posted October 28, 2019 at 06:11 PM Popular Post Posted October 28, 2019 at 06:11 PM Finally...going to post my thoughts of the world tour. This was my very first anglophone show on tour for me, but the 12th time I have seen her. Truth be told, the set list didn't excite me before I went. But I love Celine like a member of my family, like many of you, so when she goes on tour...I go, I cannot believe how fast the show went by. I looked at the setlist online and was shocked that so little was left. That said, the medley really dragged on for me. I didn't enjoy it. But out of the whole show, that's the only low point for me. That said, people were up out of their chairs dancing like crazy. They crowd really seemed to love it. Also, as much as I hate to admit, I really did enjoy "You're The Voice." Visually the show is absolutely stunning. And Celine looked great. Overall she was in excellent voice, A few bum notes here and there, but overall smooth. Her performance of "The Prayer" was probably the most in awe I have ever been of her. Wow. And the audience seemed really into it. Celine is best as a solo artist...no gimmicks or duets needed. For such a rocky start to the tour, I admit I was nervous that she had really damaged her voice. But this show proves that the voice is intact...though not as perfect as it once was, she is still the best female vocalist out there today. There have been moments in the last year where I've found her voice particularly shrill, but Saturday she sounded smooth and beautiful. Can't wait to see her in Atlanta and then in Paris! The overall presentation and appearance is nicer than europe two years ago. I think the book may be the same as the show program, i need to look more closely but the cover is different. Much of the inside looked sinilar. Rest of contents incluse a scarf, a pin, a pen, a bracelet, a bookmark (should have been a dual bottle opener),a portfolio of sketches, a journal, and a lanyard. Ps i dont know why the pics rotated!! Edited October 28, 2019 at 06:39 PM by Tyler1991 12 Quote

Alex_Incognito Posted October 28, 2019 at 06:31 PM Posted October 28, 2019 at 06:31 PM (edited) They go to almost EVERY concert in Kansas City. They're stationed nearby in Topeka. There's never very many and they tend to carry a cross. I saw Madonna in Kansas City a few years back and they were there. Wasn't a big deal. Just another Christian group that spreads hate in the USA. Edited October 28, 2019 at 06:33 PM by Alex_Incognito 1 Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
