It's because of the European Union directive on data protection (GDPR): non EU website had to change how they proceed with cookies; certain did not meet the requirements hence cannot be read in the EU.

Thank goodness! Those rings, especially, were awful. Glad she’s done away with them for this tour.

My take on last nights show at Enterprise

 

The last time, I went to see Celine was in April of 1999 ... basically this was our 20 year reunion

I had high expectations and the show met all of them.The intro was spectacular and I love a good crowd . The moment IDAN snippet came on the crowd went nuts. For the the future tour goers .. I felt like the first costume change break was the shortest so if you have to go use the bathroom or get a drink wait for the second costume change if you don’t want to miss anything . Her voice sounded amazing and so strong . She engaged with the audience really well and brings something ”new” to each city . Last night, it was hockey and she was really cute doing the “goal” part ( wish I had recorded it). The stage and lighting was super energetic , but wished she used the catwalks a bit more. The “dreaded” meledy .. I have to say I loved it !! She lit up and so did that whole stage and the audience. The encore was amazing and the crowd really participated with MHWGO and Imagine. It was an amazing night that I won’t forget . I left last night and purchased tickets to the Memphis show because I have to go see it again ! Go see it if you are able it’s a special one

Remember this? idk what show that was but she’s was on FIRE! She also sang HYEBIL AL ANDHC and probably some others too. Her voice sounded like the albums (she wasn’t lipping) and she looked fantastic

Don't feel bad I still have problems with some of the acronyms

 

I only abbreviate the long titles that most fans know: MHWGO, TYLAM, BYLM, etc. If the song is obscure (not a single) or only has one letter (like “Imperfections”), I prefer to just type it out. Honestly, it doesn’t take that much time, and it removes any need for headscratching / Googling her discography.

 

The debate here seems to be whether it’s the responsibility of the poster to clarify, and personally, I would say yes. Part of being a good communicator is making sure you’re not talking over your audience’s head. That being said, there’s no harm in asking. Just be considerate of each other! There’s no need to argue about something so petty :-)

Looks like it, the other ones looked way too tight across the stomach and around the upper thighs so probably not comfortable to move around in. She’s definitely put on a bit of weight since the QC shows not that that’s a bad thing!

 

She also changed the red dress, the slit is lower on the left and the top looks like a tank top now

1. She changes outfits (unlike the 2016 tour) and having no jewelry makes it much easier and faster.

2. This show is more energetic and it’s easier and safer to run around the stage without jewelry.

Low light? Not for me. Thats two of her best mid/uptempo commercial singles. Take them out and I wont be seeing the show! Hahaha!

When she did the heart gesture my heart melted. She was so adorable in St. Louis. Not overly chatty.

 

I cannot stress how quickly it went by (except for the dance medley). I looked at the setlist and was shocked that only a quarter of the show was left at a certain point.

I think someone has mentionned it before but a good compromise the « greatest hits » setlist most of the audience buy tickets for and an original setlist asked by die hard fans would be performing a sort of « surprising » song every night. No matter if it’s a well known song that has been already performed (like I Surrender) or not (like Then You Look At Me). I think that would please every kind of fans 😊 Taylor Swift (among others) does it regularly and fans love it!

Even céline. She don't say My Heart Will Go On when doing rehearsals (setlist). She calls it "The Titanic". Because it's shorter lol

Thank you !!! I have to say that I can't stand the acronyms... It''s NOW easy for me to undwerstand MHWGO and the most used acronyms but when I arrived on this forum I was completely lost. It was a really headscratching as you said. And sometimes I still don't understand which song is behind the acronym, and I use time for searching. Writing the song title entirely is not a big deal, come on... CONSTANTLYI suggested that you’re probably going to end up really annoyed/frustrated if you don’t like the use of acronyms and that perhaps another forum wouldn’t frustrate you quite so much.
