Strange. Rogers Arena did that too today and yet Vancouver was announced months ago when the original dates were announced. I DO wonder will the Europe dates and second leg of NA dates all perhaps go on sale same time?

I was thinking the same thing! I suppose that's the most logical way of doing it? Denver is only 6 months from now... They should get a move on! LOL

I’m ecstatic Glasgow has been announced right off the bat this time 😂 I know, I’ll probably still go to another UK city but at least I can make the choice of attending more than one gig, unlike last time when most Scots had already bought their tix for elsewhere and then bam, they announce Glasgow months after the others.

I’m so happy to get confirmation of where she’s playing but I believe she could easily have done a summer stadium tour around Europe. I know she could sell the capacity out and think it would be better for her, doing one night each rather than multiple dates. Nevertheless, these posts from the arena’s have really cheered up my Tuesday morning.

Remember when Scott said that the concert would have an “intimate moment with just Celine and her audience” have we see this yet or could this be a change for the English setlist?

Sounds logical but...

I've been very optimistic in general about Celine and I'm still. But regarding the Set List ? No, no more  :-D

Ok, let's say everything was planned for a full english show. The surprises, back catalog.... That does not explain why this set list is so bad. Also they would keep all the surprises for the english show: like let's make a very good show, and...let's make random covers for Quebec ?

That doesn't make sens for me, they would hide all the gems for US ? And would present this in Quebec ?

I really don't see why it would get better. I know the french songs will turn into english ones but still I think it will be safe choices.

If they really surprises us then good, really good. But Quebec set list will still remain a mistery and one of the worst one ever. Can't believe the same person did the set list for 2016-17, even Asia, and that.

Yes, this the first time she will visit Lebanon.

During the Taking chances world tour there was talks, but it didn't happened. She only went to Dubai.

Anyway, I don't think she will bring her kids to visit the country (like Shakira did last year), I think it will be a fast visit.

Where do you think she will stay? Lebanon, Cyprus, Israel are all next to each other.

Nb: hopefully it will be a mixed set list not an English one. She is famous in Lebanon since her "D'amour et D'amitié" single.

I still can't get over the fact that she's doing two gigs in Poland. It's quite surprising.

No disrespect/hate here either, but I am pretty sure she has provided an explanation to your observation - in short, no. She has said repeatedly, in many interviews in recent times, that the days of her vocal chords ruling her life are behind her. And I don't blame her one bit.

I've seen her live 45 times. A few of those times, her voice didn't cooperate with her completely. But most of the time, she consistently delivered. My most recent time seeing her was the last show in Las Vegas. She might be 51, but she's in the best shape of her life physically and 20 years past her prime she is still singing and performing circles around artists half her age.

One thing I wish more people on this forum could comprehend (not you specifically, just a general observation from being a longtime lurker here) is that Celine is well past the point of feeling like she has anything left to prove. She literally says this now continuously in interviews, usually followed by a reminder that she does not at all "need" to continue and that she does it ONLY because she loves to do it. I hate to say it this way, but I get the impression from her that she doesn't really care what any of us think. She says that very nicely. As a fan who has followed her since her beginning here in the USA around 1991, I have to say not only am I not offended by her attitude, I embrace it. I have tremendous respect for her and feel grateful that she does continue to give so much of herself to this art. She could have retired. Worse, she could have gone the way of Elvis or Michael or Prince or Whitney or Luther and been gone way too soon. Instead, she's embarking on what's shaping up to be an enormous tour - visiting fans like me, you, and others around the world. And maybe your show she will have a perfect night. Maybe she will not. But having been to both, I can assure you she puts on quite a show regardless.

It gets super exhausting reading posts here where people are still expecting her and her team to make decisions as if she's still working her way to the top. Maybe it's because they are young and don't remember the 1990s? Maybe it's because it just hasn't clicked that she reached the top and then left the top, voluntarily, in 1999? She doesn't care about hits, charts, streams, plays, whatever. She just doesn't. Obviously she generates enough revenue for Sony to keep her signed, but honestly she has so much money now she could easily just create her own record company. I love to see her being appreciated by a new generation and old ones, too - but I think it a lot of commenters here need a reality check.

I, too, was at the final 2 Vegas shows. Like I said, wasn't complaining. I absolutely adore her live. And I know she's not quite as fanatical about preserving her voice as she used to be. I agree she doesn't have to prove anything anymore. It's the way ppl on here keep talking about how she needs to rest her voice in between shows, when she's got a longer stretch of time off....was pointing out she won't be doing that. She'll be on a plane back to Vegas. As she's said in recent interviews. That was more the intent: getting ppl to realize and understand that won't happen.

That said, I do think her voice sounded shakier than I've heard in a while the first couple of shows. My hope, is that IF there's more going on there that she makes a tiny bit more of extra effort to preserve her voice being that it's just the start of the tour. I'd hate for her to overdo it and end up having to cancel or reschedule shows so early on.
