I’m pretty sure Whitney Houston’s team swept the internet a few times removing things which were related to upcoming releases. Why would a consumer buy something when it’s easily accessed elsewhere. Not saying that’s why but it seems the most logical reason to me.

 

Saying that, the posts deleted don’t make much sense. Random pics from the CWT or the first selfie, I can’t see why they’d go. They’re not going to be a part of the documentary. I understand the SPS announcement video being deleted as it will prob be shown or mentioned in the doc but the rest I don’t understand.

 

For example the SPS announcement, is already out there… fans and non fans have seen it. It’s attached to many media videos on YouTube. Makes no sense to remove it due to the documentary possibly including it.

Exactly and the general public is not going to not watch the documentary because they already saw her announce she had SPS Having the announcement out there to me helps get people to want to see documentary,

 

Just so random left post about anniversary of Rene's passing from 2022 but none of the rest. So it was not all personal just seems so very very random.

Why delete anything SPS related… and keep the Celinenunu video of a brand that is no longer even in production?

It’s odd to say the least. Too bad her team is nearly unapproachable to reach out to. They have to be the worst team in the history of celebrity teams. I know some like to say they aren’t that bad, but honestly it’s like really a team with no idea what they are doing. It’s a shame that her legacy and career is run so badly now even if she can’t be onstage or is active… this team is terrible.

Could be.

Most celebs who do that go dark all at once though. It seems they could be archiving by theme, but if so they're going about it in a highly inefficient way (it is TC after all).

 

BTW Seems like all Resort's World content was archived as well.

bizarre how mostly everything gone is personal messages from Celine…maybe they r transitioning the account into a fully Team Celine account. Can’t make much sense of anything really.

Artists go dark mostly when they enter a new “ Album era “ , which is mostly likely not the case for this. This just seems like a random clean up.

Enter a new era. Most of the times before a new album etc.

Perfect example is Beyonce.

Delete all the pictures and start with anything album related.

 

But this time it doesn't make sense at all.

Feels like it's now only showbiz, so fashion, music, tours.

 

But then again, some tour pics being deleted for what purpose? Her first selfie, or the Halloween sausages.

It's been on there since 2016, why delete them now what's the point?

 

Also the sps awareness post, like why?

That's really interesting, thank you for sharing.

 

It's quite funny his boss thought this piece was "too close to source" and not "objective" because compared to today's almost hagiographies written by "serious journalists" during this whole poptimism era, this one seems quite tame.

Funny how he recognizes the well rehearsed quotes. And how she liked he asked different than she normally gets asked. Shows everything is so rehearsed.
