He's not giving away a lot.

 

But look at how it's tagged with what the event name and the time across the bottom as if it's being edited... the guy has a verified twitter account and it's nearly a year since the show happened and this years show is cancelled so, seems interesting to me lol.

 

Are they thinking of airing last years now to make up for this year?!? Hmmm, wait and see unless he spills more info :)

Why would you waste your energy on something like this? It's their (dumb) opinion... who cares..

 

Oh I know and I know it's not worth it but I can't help it. For me it's like ok you (somehow) got your hands on her full pro set from BST and then on top of it when they(Sony or Celine's team) call you out on something you did wrong(copyright over one of her songs or something) you rant and rave about it and then diss her like buddy come on. If you didn't want to get in trouble or people asking questions then zip it. I hate people like him.

Example that spring to mind for me, although there are many many more, are:

 

- Releasing the All The Way...A Decade of Song & Video DVD almost 18 months after the accompanying CD album.

- Who the hell chose GTSW to be released as a single?

- Releasing IDAN as a single in the UK not before the One Heart album was released but 6 months later!

- Canceling the TC single release just after she’s performed it on The X Factor.

 

These are just some of the baffling decisions I can think of at the moment but we know there are many more. Add to that their chasing after and (in my case) closing fan sites / Facebook pages etc you begin to wonder if they actually WANT to promote Celine.

 

Yes perhaps Celine isn’t interested and her priorities lie elsewhere but maybe Celine’s attitude is “well I’ve recorded the music and performed the concert and now it’s over to my record company to produce, release and promote it.”

 

They don’t seem interested in doing any of those things.

We all go through the “what the hell are Sony / TeamCeline thinking” stage in our lives. Sometimes more than once! Eventually you accept that there is no understanding their strategy or if they even have one.

 

Example that spring to mind for me, although there are many many more, are:

 

- Releasing the All The Way...A Decade of Song & Video DVD almost 18 months after the accompanying CD album.

- Who the hell chose GTSW to be released as a single?

- Releasing IDAN as a single in the UK not before the One Heart album was released but 6 months later!

- Excluding “Where Does My Heart Beat Now” and “Misled” from “All The Way...A Decade Of Song.”

- Never doing anything with “Then You Look At Me” even though fans the world over have clamored for it to be performed.

- Ignoring “Somebody Loves Somebody” even though it’s supposedly one of her favorites.

- Recycling “Have You Ever Been In Love” onto “One Heart.”

- Making “I Know What Love Is” the b-side on the “I Drove All Night” single.

- Doing nothing with “This Time” when that song could actually help so many in violent relationships. Leaving it as a deep cut on “Taking Chances” is just sad.

- Only performing one song from “D’elles” during the tour that could have supported the album more heavily.

- Going cheap, and making TeamCeline free with little to no benefits.

- The countless boondoggles with videos being incorrectly blocked on YouTube in various territories.

- Not working harder to do more with the will.i.am mix of “Eyes On Me.”

- Refusing to release the second volume of “The Collector’s Series.”

- Failure to fully embrace her own catalogue, and instead resorting to overdone covers.

- Excluding “Ashes” from the new tour, as well as the new album.

- Ignoring the radio remix of “A New Day Has Come” on tour.

- Failing to supply “cut” performances in the bonus features section of her tour DVDs (eg. “Can’t Fight The Feelin’,” “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face,” and “Falling Into You”).

- Being slow to adapt to the streaming era.

 

And so on so forth, etc.

You have listed a lot, what is confusing is that it makes it clear that the first Celine does not seem to want to charge a better service for her label.

This Time would have made some noise at that time, it is a very good and different song.

Two black and white video clips, the first one of the videos from the tour.

I think they ask her to choose, Video Clip or TV Appearances, they must have a very low budget, but I see their comteporaneas with much more videos and TV appearances, I see the record companies giving a better treatment.

It's different with Celine, I don't know why, but I see that she doesn't have a firm hand to tell her label what she wants.

Oh my god! They're not good at dubbing please! Go back to natural voice like they did in A New Day and Céline Sur Les Plaines DVD. Just make her voice like in A New Day (Behind the scenes DISC 2) where it sounded surround stereo than on the (DISC 1 Concert).

 

Here is what i meant about the surround sound quality they did on DISC 2 of A New Day (Behind the scenes) which sounded more free, more open/wider

- Only performing one song from "D'elles" during the tour that could have supported the album more heavily.

You mean on the TCWT?

 

- Failing to supply "cut" performances in the bonus features section of her tour DVDs (eg. "Can't Fight The Feelin'," "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face," and "Falling Into You"). Why do you put "cut" in quotes?

The thing is, very interesting things can be done with small budgets. I've seen some legendary music videos from artists with 1/10th of Celine's following... Plus, real artists would put their own money into projects that they believe in. Rene mortgaged his dang house... and I don't see any reason to do it once you finally GOT the money.

It’s really better if she sang this in fully live. It gives different emotions when singing it for real. I hope one day she will have the courage to sing it fully live. It happened with “The reason” i’m sure she can with this song too. :)

Putting that aside, she ruled the stage just like a queen. No one can take away the amazing presence she has on stage.

I was excited waiting to see this show live on the internet, it got a bit of a nightmare since every live link didn't work well.

Happy 1 yr anniversary. I’m gonna watch the whole thing today. Wandering Hearts, Claire Richards, Josh Groban and Celine. All 4 gave superlative performances that day. So glad I was there!!

Her outfits aren’t that fancy on this tour. I also like that they’re less colorful so they go well together with the spectacular visuals.
