If Céline ever acts in a movie...

What about Harrison Ford or Warren Beatty? I know they are both near or are around the same age as Rene. (Well, Warren Beatty might be a little older, but he's still got the looks). I don't know if any of you watch the soap "Days of Our Lives", but the man who plays John Black, Drake Hogestyn, would be a good leading man for Celine (maybe in a made for TV movie, not the big screen).

Meryl streep, singing goddess+acting goddess! Celine should act with Meryl in "Mamma Mia"! That will bring her an Oscar Award!

Isabelle Huppert, Catherine Deneuve, working with those classic, beautiful french actresses is a right choice!

Remember that special she did where she and and Gloria Estefan were rehearsing? Gloria mentioned a Saturday Night Live skit where they said Celine would blow Gloria away and so Gloria kept saying "Celine, you gonna blow me away?" Maybe her mutant role could be something where she stirs up a "wind" of some sort!

Julie Andrews did the movie when she was in her early to mid 40's, Celine is not that much older. The movie is set in Paris, is a musical, and a dark comedy/romance. It's perfect for Celine.

The movie is prime material for a reboot at this time.

I've watched many interviews where she says that being an actress is a wish she has, the most recent one was around February of this year. Why hasn't she done movies? Did Rene or her team oppose her doing movies while getting her music career started in the US? Does anyone know if she's received any offers in the past or recently? Lot's of questions, sorry :blush:

If she's serious about acting she should get an agent. I would love to see her make a name for herself in films, she's got the acting gene imo.

would this be a good movie for Celine? I don't know what CATS is about but I do know she sang one of the numbers when she was young.

This or she could star in the movie that's been in the works of Wicked, as Elphaba. I think I'd prefer this one.

The movie still doesn't have a cast, I think, and it's set to release in Dec 2019.

she was in the Muppets Most Wanted where her one scene was singing with Miss Piggy. She's said she wants to do drama but never that she doesn't want anything that requires singing.
