About the Incognito Tour... 250 shows and NO VIDEO release!? What was René thinking at the time!? This is just insane! And such a huge missed opportunity!

 

But concerning this interview... I wonder what the purpose was! LOL cos she didn't promote anything (except for a few shows?) and maybe a bit of Les Fleur Sur La Neige... Too bad they didn't talk about Unison more.

 

It is interesting to see how Céline dodges the relationship questions. Surely they (Québec media) must have suspected something going on between Céline and René, and I guess everyone wanted the first scope.

Yes, this interview is very interesting. She had her first TV performance in Jasmin's show in 1981 and 10 years later she released her first English album Unison. Like Jasmin said: She done her homework.

Jazmin looked so different in this interview at first when saw it did not recognize him.

 

I guess it was to promote the Unison album as well as just catch up everyone what she was doing. Sure she was a big ratings boost whenever on.

 

She dodge the relationship question it but also kind of lied since said she was not in love or had a boyfriend. By then her and Rene had been together 2 years.

 

Wonder what the media suspected or even knew just they had no real proof? Or scared of Rene cutting them out of getting to interview Celine never said anything lol.
