Which fans? Because I dont use vinyl or want vinyl. Especially just a silver version. I admit the vinyl itself is nice and them remastering the audio is great but this isnt exciting to me.

 

Look at what Mariah is doing for TEOM 20th anniversary and thats what should have been done for Celines 35th anniversary of her english debut. They also could have added a second disk with live versions from various tv shows which Mariah has also done. Team Celine did the bare minimum to make the most amount of money.

 

Of course they can always do more. But I thought that Unison was previously unavailable on vinyl -- unless you had one of the original early 90s pressings. Was I mistaken?

So, they really released this in VHS before. It would be great of they remastered this in 4K and release it digitally via Apple TV4K or Amazon.

I only know the German version Hand in Hand.But maybe they recorded a English version when they recorded the English Incognito songs for Unison.

Speaking from my ignorance regarding Céline’s German versions — were they planning to make an album with songs in German? I ask because there’s also “Nur das Leben” in German, and who knows if there are more German songs hidden in Céline’s vault.

Yes, the plan was to do a German album right after ‘Incognito’. However, plans changed once they started to work on her debut English album.

I think I like the Single mix with rap version. I just like the beat of this mix. It can make you really dance.

Yeah the Oops single even has the version without the talking in the middle which she performed on certain shows back in 2000 (TOTP). Yeah there are no unreleased demos but its certaintly a lot more effort then a silver vinyl and nothing else.

I would love nothing more than to have the Jay Leno 1990 performance of where does my heartbeat now in good quality. That, in my opinion, was her best performance of the song ever and deserves a higher quality upload aside from the 10 second clip from some kind of documentary.

Aside from that, at least they uploaded a performance of it that was live.

This was just to wrap up the celebrations of the Unison anniversary.

 

It's a nice gesture, but that's all. To 'wrap' something up that wasn't even celebrated for months is just plain stupid.

 

Videos like this should have been uploaded the past months since the beginning of these 'celebrations'

And to wrap it up you upload a concert from the Unison era.
