I agree, but I think the bonus tracks should be songs that have never seen the light of day before, that were recorded during the Unison era.

i am a fan of this album. however, this album is sooooooo underrated, & for sure, sony will not be interested of re-releasing it. re-releasing it like THRILLER 25 is impossible. the album sold poorly worldwide and im pretty sure nobody is interested of having it. of course i would love to have the special edition, but it's impossible. the only albums that deserves a re-release in the future is FIY & LTAL as they are celine's mammoths. Hmmm.... Well, if a special edition will be released for the "Unison" album, I would like the original edition be avilable too.

 

 

And for bonus tracks would be the songs that Celine recorded which didn't make it to the album and music videos of the singles.

Hmm yeah this would be cool! but I also would love to have some unreleased songs from the Unison Recordings... and the 'Unison tape' as a bonus dvd, OR the Wintergarden concert as bonus DVD!!! With all the clips of course! hahaha but I thought that WDMHBN actually has 3 versions! Also... (ITW)AOW also has 2 versions! One where she is walking on the streets, another on which is situated in a pink room!

I think FIY is more likely to have a 20 years special edition than Unison.

i love unison, and i dunno why celine doesnt sing any songs from the album. its nices 80's rock pop, its more edgy than taking chances.

I wouldn't mind a collector's edition, or even just having Sony bring the album back into print. But, I doubt it'll happen. Fortunately, I was able to get a copy at the used CD shop in great condition for $2.

I'm still aghast that WDMHBN was left out of the greatest-hits album. It was Celine's first-ever hit in the US after all and its inclusion would have made more people discover "Unison" which is SO underrated like dhena said. As far as I'm concerned, it's better produced than TCOML, LTAL, ANDHC and OH. The album has 80's pop influence all over it but it doesn't feel dated at all bec. of the catchy rhythms and nifty productions.

It's not a bad idea. However I'd prefer they released an album including the extra songs she recorded through the years. Songs included in other artist albums and so.

The 80's/early 90's production dates it, but something being "dated" has never really stopped people from enjoying it. I mean some teens may eschew anything that existed before two years ago, but eventually they grow up and come to enjoy this kind of stuff too.

 

I do find Unison to be more solid than a lot of her studio albums, and one of her more exciting CDs. It's a good CD to use in order to prove that Celine has done more than just mushy love ballads.

You know i never really liked this album AT ALL, but recently i am interning like 20 miles from my house and Ive been popping on random celine albums (bc i get throught almost a whole one on my drive) and I am MADLY in LOVE with it, Its so 80's-90's LOL Idk I just feel bad i always never gave it two glances, but lately i cant get enough of it!

ADDENDUM: "Unison" with its Michael Jackson-ish beat and "I Feel Too Much" with its funky synthesized arrangement caught me off guard unlike any of the tracks from the "edgy" TCH.
