Didn't she say in 2016 that she wanted a simple tour, simple stage setting. I guess she's still there.

 

And let's hope she stays there.

Pepe is enough. I don't want no throng of dancers, pneumatic lifts, horses, flying pianos, or whatever other tacky gimmicks these starlets employ to keep people interested. More often than not, that kind of thing only serves to cheapen the show, and certainly would in Celine's case.

What I love: I absolutely love her look here, it's a mixture between a throw back to the 80s and a futuristic look too.

 

What I hate: Why this out&about Céline showing up to a concert doesn't translate into her own music??? Why does she risks like this when going out to a show and not when preparing her own show on the stage and being that extremely "classic" and in her comfort zone all the time?

 

I'm sorry but it is in moments like this when can clearly see that her personal music and her career don't go in "unison" with her personal tastes. There's a GREAT discordance between this wild look and the singer she is on stage!!!

 

Wish she was this daring and fierce when recording new songs and albums as she dresses when showing up at a friend's concert!

 

This type of look doesn't match with her type of songs and show she has at the moment. Can you imagine her wearing something like this while singing All by Myself? I can't, it just doesn't match imo.

 

Maybe if she prepares a show in the line of A New Day she would chose more daring outfits for the stage instead of going with classic looks.

No, it doesn't match with the kind of songs she sings now and it will never match as long as she keeps singing the same same songs tour after tour, as she's doing

 

BUT this look would perfectly match if she performed songs found in her OWN catalogue such as I Feel To Much, When The Wrong One Loves You Right, Reveal, Naked, even Save Your Soul

 

She already has the songs that fit the attitude of such young look, but she doesn't use them

 

Her personality while seeing and listening to other music doesn't match with her own music, sadly for us who want her exploring more styles and being a more versatile singer.

 

The closest she dressed in her recent tours to this "Katy Perry look" of today was this outfit of last summer tour, which was so refreshing and good looking on her Of course I know some more "classic" fans would say this look was maybe "horrendous" on her, but you can't deny she looked young and it was refreshing, for a change. And she needs more of this so bad...

No artist suddenly instagrams so often out of the blue unless there is a marketing agenda... since the AUS/NZ tour is sold out already she’s either pumping for Vegas sales or raised profile ahead of an album cycle.

 

On an armchair, in front of a hedge, casually sipping a coffee, on a crate behind the scenes... none of this is “just coz Celine suddenly likes Instagram” - and she’s saved the best Australian audience for last. Melbourne (most would agree) is the most live music-appreciating audience in Australia and they are going to love her!!

Agree, I see this things as a marketing plan, not Celine forgeting music and focus on fashion. I think they have a good plan for somethin new from her. I hope I'm not wrong.

Actually, i like her look on that katy’s concert. She looks fresh but again when you go close up (sorry for mentioning they eyebrows again) the end of the eyebrows looks like a blade. She should go back to her old eyebrows it looks neat 2008 eyebrows. And for the knees it looks like that because she lose weight since 2011

it is on Celine's facebook that we find the worst comments, and very good ones as well. I know because because i have gone to see. Nothing that bad on Katy perry facebook, 10 comments on 500 that are talking about her being too thin . At least , when you make your report , try to have some precision.

her makeup is nice and don’t forget that a selfie makes a face look different then one taken from a normal distance. That is why she might look thinner here. The blonde hairpiece looks nice in the groupshots, here on the selfie not so much. But look at her, she still looks young and fresh and the pink dress suits for this concert very well

I don’t see an album coming this side of the year, if it does I’ll eat my words but just can’t see it.

 

She hasn’t mentioned it at all in months and when asked about it got a bit tetchy about the whole thing.

 

She posted pretty much everyday during last years tour and as I’ve said Law is too busy to post all her looks so she’s having to do it herself, why else would her IG pics name everything she’s wearing.

 

Again I do hope I’m wrong, I guess that could be what the long break in between tour and Vegad starting up is for but personally I think it’s for an extended break after the s*** start to the year she had.
