Incredible video of the reason. 3:25 makes me laugh when she stops the note early to wipe an eyelash or something lol so nonchalantly in a way.

 

 

Doesnt that bit at 1:32 just add so much to the moment and the key change of the song?!?!?! Like its the only change from the album version. that has me LIVING

 

 

Also the first “ohhhh yeahhhh” where she does the high ad -lib, doesnt the D5-C5 sound SOOOO powerful and clear like the 2011 playback... wow she astounded me tonight

Giving the fact that shes been performing this song the EXACT same way, almost NEVER deviating from the album version for 23 YEARS I dont blame her and the ad libs are BEAUTIFUL girl

I loved it! It's so refreshing and she seems to enjoy it so much.

To be honest, today was her best overall performance i think. She pretty much nailed everything. The FYI dance was also the best so far and she definatelly practiced it a lot more. The ABM was amazing from start to end. Ashes was glorious. TT, TR, IA, TTWII, MHWGO were propably the best performances so far as well. I can keep going but i'm sure you know the list And ofc the cherry on the top.. Dont know..I'm ecstatic!

Has anyone heard the new little outro bit for RDMH ? Similar to AND IDAN when it used to be at the end of the show where they cut out most of the sound for a little “thank you good night !” And then BAM

That was her best CHFIL 'til now!!!

F#5 just like the first night she sang it... but now stronger...

 

You know what I love the most? After the first show of this tour so many people here were judging her, telling she lost her voice, and now she's rocking and slaying the hell out of every song... She is amazing!!!!

Was tonights show the first to use the return of this visual from last years tour or have I just not seen any pics of it previously?

 

Also, I think it’s kinda sad they’re not doing the name of where she’s playing displayed behind her like last year, I thought that visual really added to the whole excitement. I suppose it’s been cut as not doing IDAN, it maybe would only really work with that song.

It’s really better if you hear her live and not by watching it on phone. It sounds so clear and loud. And the high notes are amazing! I haven’t heard any cracks and the pre recorded vocals really blends with her live vocals. You wouldn’t know that it’s already pre recorded. And also she has longer speeches than before. And she’s doing new movements especially in The Reason. She keeps on doing the sexy movements on the piano. And she looks so amazing! Her legs! OMG! HOT!

 

You guys are right it won’t give justice just by listening on YouTube/phone (maybe because of the noise cancellation feature on phones) in live it sounds so Consistent and Powerful

 

Btw, the outfits looks better in person. So vibrant especially the MHWGO outfit

Never realized until now that the letters in "Love U" are shaped with her hands. That's neat.

I think the Manila version of cant help falling in love is by far the best version and vocally in top shape...

 

I really hope she just do 1 extra song the prayer for all the children saved from cave and the hero as a tribute during her concert in Bangkok later

Some notes about last night' show:

 

- This is the best version of the Reason for this tour! And the little changes she made were insane, and the notes in the last part were the strongest Ive heard so far.

 

- During TLYM,I think this was the first time for this tour they had Celine projected on the LED screen in the back (and not just on the two smaller screens on the side). Instead of just the violinist, she was put it a split screen with him. The proboem is the video feed for the LED had a fraction of second delay, so it made the crowd more convinced it was lipped.

 

- In ICHFIL, I don't seem to have heard this in the videos from the previous Asian shows (maybe because of the poor audio) but here in Manila, the crowd was singing with her the entire time! And kept clapping and shouting literally in between lines.

 

- Barnev was not in top shape during BATB, and I could tell Celine can tell it too... she kept giving Barnev this "It's okay honey" look...

 

- I like the part where she sang "(Tell Me) How Am I Supposed To Live Without You"

 

- There was a funny part when she was talking about what year BATB was released and someone in the audience immediately shouted "1991!!" And she stopped and said: You guys know more about me than I do!" Then after that whenever people in the crowd would shout out any "trivia" about her she jokingly would stop them: Okay! Okay! Don't say the date!

 

- then to the same guy who shouted 1991... she said something like: You probably weren't even born then... It was probably you're mother who played that song and she played it all day long and you had no choice but to listen!

 

- the people in my back could tell when Celine was lipping and when she was not... but they praised the sound engineers for making the transition from live to lipped then back so flawless that casual fans wouldnt be able to tell...
