Im now queueing up to get inside the MOA Arena for Celine's concert. Lots of people here. It's raining cats and dogs though. And traffic is terrible. Hope everyone makes it in time for Celine's opening song

Haha Law didn't do her tour outfits for the last years.

 

The only outfits he picked were the MHWGO dress for 2017, and this Versace outfit for this tour.

Why do you think it's a mess?

 

I don't see how Law's stage outfits where that better... He was impressive for Celine at hotels and show appearances like Beauty and the Beast premiere or Billbord. But for Celine's stage outfit he more disappointing and very very overrated.

 

Recently I spoke to people who were at Celine 2017 tour and they called it 'bad'. When I asked why, it was mostly because of the weird tablecloth outfit with golden space boots... at first I thought it was a lame reason to call a show bad, but on the other hand I understood that Celine felt awkward to them. That's what they remembered a year later. I also thought that outfit was very stupid. To sing your most honest song looking like your space shuttle just landed backstage.

Let's be honest, but all the 2016 en 2017 stage outfits weren't more impressive than what she is currently wearing during the 2018 tour.

 

In my opinion Annie Horth did a much better job for the stage, for example in 2013, then Law did 2 years in a row on stage.

Also Celine still mentions Law as Key Stylist on Instagram, so I honestly think all Pepe's work goes through Law.

 

Anyway, I don't see how this is less mess

It's 33 minutes before the supposed start of the show (8pm) and there are still very few people in the arena. It's understandable as there's a tropical storm right now and traffic is at a standstill in the major roads leading to the venue. I hope Celine's voice is in great shape tonight. It still feels surreal that this is happening. I can't believe Celine is here in my country.

We're waiting for Celine. The stadium is almost full now. Like it's already 98.5% full. This is sold-out, after all. The backing vocalists have just come onstage. I wont be livestreaming it. But local FB group called Celine Dion Philippines just might.

Clearly we don’t grasp that they’ve been waiting 30+ years for her to perform on their home turf. It’s an emotional experience to have her there, just feet from you. The first time I saw Celine in 1999, I cried for the first five minutes of the concert because I couldn’t believe she was actually in front of me. Don’t discount their feelings. This is a historic moment for them having waited this long.
