Canada was about the same, but when i looked at pre orders uk had the first release about a week before some of the others so it'll be here sooner than had i paid more from amazon us!! If i were you i would look at canada and UK both since i think canada was 2 days behind uk release. Maybe it was the us release two days behind. I could be mistaken, regardless i would avoid the us store. Quote

They used the USA tracklist, why not the European one with BTM and AHEL. After all it's released by Sony France 2. there is a bit too much 'empty' space on the protective sleeves. They CWS put pictures there, of that fabulous shoot!
