The depth she went into about her grieving process before singing Recovering was intense.. something like "should I stop and cut myself off, should I keep crying and wait for 4 years to see if it goes away" and her performance was a very emotionally charged one. I was so into it And she got choked up saying that she wanted a career, and I know she says it at every show, but maybe it was all of the applause we were giving her, I don't know. That really got me! All of this really gave me a new understanding of what things must be like for her. I heard her say that part about crying for four years and waiting to see if it passed. That was very hard to hear, I must admit. I got the most I could've possibly gotten out of the concert. One thing I strangely didn't think about when I got my Level 4 ticket was the almost inevitable lack of atmosphere compared to on the floor. It did make me fully appreciate how great my seat was in June. I wouldn't sit in Level 4 again. I was getting so uncomfortable towards the end, and I couldn't stand up. And everywhere, including Starbucks, was open after the concert, which wasn't the case last time! I seriously appreciated that, as it's so, so useful when you're out at night. It took me back to living in St Petersburg, Russia, where every shop is open 24 hours a day. I would often go to Starbucks at night Also, last time I was able to just immediately waltz on down to my seat through the first arena entrance, and walk straight out and into the station as soon as the concert ended.
