"To Love You More" was my mom's favorite Celine song. So, I have a soft spot for it. I guess I would be okay with "I'm Your Angel," but only if R. Kelly is on screen. I'm tired of Barnev doing Kelly's vocals.

 

I agree. She should do a duets tv special with all her original duet partners and it could be a star studded event. Lol. Random thought! Lol

I know we're getting off topic here, but I think that's an "INCREDIBLE" idea! Can you imagine?! Jean-Jacques, Barbra, Peabo, Tony Bennett, Ne-Yo, R. Kelly, Andrea (or Josh) and even Yuna Ito all on the same special! I would soil myself. LOL

It's a beautiful lyric and the first two thirds are great but for me, the wailing whoah-whoah-whoah at the end is painful. So doing an acoustic set with this could be great in lieu of the full belt performance.

I got a feeling " To Love You More" will be back. I hope they take some risks with the English setlist instead of just taking the Vegas setlist and trade a few songs for " I Drove All Night ", "To Love You More " and "The Prayer", which I can totally see but hope not. Also have a a feeling they will bring back the predictable and boring "ALONE" which would be disappointing.

 

I hope they bring totally newer songs instead of take a bit from the TC world tour and both Vegas shows and mix it together.

 

Yes to TLYM, one of my favorites.

Wailing? That's my faviourate part.... the whole song from start to finish is a masterpiece for me! It's so powerful and moving!

 

It's the song that got me into her when I was about 7! Sitting listening with these big, old oversized headphones! I must have listened to that song 40 times over and over... it's the first time I can ever remember being moved by a song! It took me to another place....The music is epic... I always felt like it was a duet.... the violin + her voice.... the best instruments in the world! I'll never, ever forget that night! After that, I couldn't get enough of her and the fandom begun!

 

However, I thought it sounded rushed on the TCWT so yes I'd love a full version!

I wouldn't mind "To Love You More" coming back, so long as it's performed in full. I do NOT want to see "I'm Your Angel," "The Prayer," "Alone," "Love Can Move Mountains," "River Deep, Mountain High," or any random covers in the tour.

If history repeats itself you may be disappointed. That being said I hope we're as surprised with the English setlist as we were with the French one last year. Removing some of the regulars to make room for never or less performed somes is the best case option.

I couldn`t agree more. It just proves how beloved she is all around the world! I was watching the video of her arriving in Paris and I noticed that that a young lady hugs one of the twins. They are getting so big and so cute!

Just a joke lol, since Celine always sings LCMM in every show, it's as if it's a tribute to Dianne Warren.

 

I don't mind BYLM because at least that song was a huge success but LCMM needs to be buried along with RDMH.

Wow. Nelson and Eddy are growing up soooo fast. It looks like they are up to Linda's shoulders already. :o I love there little haircuts! :-D :wub: I wonder where RC is? He's probably playing a hockey tournament or something and will most likely join Celine and the family later if he gets the chance.

 

Celine looks so good in white. I have never seen someone look so darn good in such a simple color except her! :wub: I can't wait to see more pics and video footage in the coming days! :clap:

I'm actually getting a bit tired of people saying "I don't want this song".

Of course I want her to sing her own and also less known songs but I respect whatever she wants to/will sing.

And TLYM is actually one of the songs that made me fall in love with her music ;)
