The lighting in those photos is horrifying.

 

Sorry you can’t blame the lighting, it’s her makeup and hairs team who’s at fault.

They aren’t bringing out her best attributes, because within a year they got it right and so wrong.

 

Here she looked youthful and amazing all thinks to her hair and makeup team,...

Plastic surgery belongs in the recycle bin (for now). BUT when Céline wears her hair down she looks much younger (and sexier).

The pulled back hair or that scary bun (thank God we haven't seen it in a long time :giggle:).

For me, one of her best looks (mainly the hair) was during the Été indien TV show in Montreal. :wub: I wonder why she never kept that look in Vegas or Europe.

I do agree with the ADISQ Gala. That whole hair and makeup combo was not good. I think she looked stunning at the Grammys.

For some reason, I think that the terrible pull-back hair is Celine's idea... I agree that it doesn't suit her at all since she lacks volume and has a long thin face. I miss her gorgeous dive's hair style.

Yes i do think so. There was a time when i try to go back to my old dress up and my old hair which reminds me of my teenage time. But it not suits me anymore as the time has passed by. Hahaha

It replaced Ne me quitte pas and then was dropped (there was no French song the last few shows) right before Celine took her year break to take care of René.

What does Celine get paid for her shows?! Aren't they new ones getting way more?

 

But Celine and Adele performing at Caesars, who knows

 

If THIS happens, Céline will surely extend her contract for another "million years".... :giggle:

That was the first thing that came to mind after Adele's post while she was in Vegas.

A residency is probaby what she wants. She mentioned before that she's not made for all that touring...

So I guess the duet could become reality after all.

I don't know, clearly under a rock if it was everywhere, lol.

 

But I really loved the way she handled the situation. Although, I was a little concerned about how slow her security reacted. I love how gentle and lovely Celine treated that women who potentially could have hurt her. You can never know with people.

 

I mean, Celine kept her cool when she could have freaked out. Just lovely to see such grace, I wish more celebrities would be more like her.

Pretty harsh to judge someone off of one drunken incident. Especially when we don't know her. We don't know how she felt the next day. She could have been embarrassed and ashamed. Or she could just be an old drunk. Point is, we don't know her, and shít happens sometimes.

I understand your point of view, however I do think that for someone to go to a concert drunk like that should be questioned?? I understand people get drunk but I think getting that drunk is bad! Not going to tell Barbara how to live her life but I was pretty shocked to see that! It wasn’t very fun! My friends were there that night and they were appalled. I’m more proud of Céline for handling it with such poise and dignity :-)

We don't know how much she drank, or how much she can handle. She could have only had one or two and her body just doesn't handle it well. I understand it's a disruption, and I don't condone her actions, nor am I trying to justify them. I'm just saying "we don't know." Celine was graceful and kind, which is what that woman seemed like she needed. It was a one off incident, Celine was forgiving, I think we can be too. And just leave it in the past, because we can't change it. It also takes too much energy to be upset and angry about it. :wink:
