That interview was another Céline rambling moment... This part is just too much: :blink:

 

"They were good (songs) because my fans still want to hear them and for a reason that is extraordinary, today I enjoy singing those songs more than before because the fans now they know me beyond my songs. When I sing the song, I feel that they know me. When I look at them, they know me well, I feel like I know them. I know them through my songs and they know me through my songs."

I ramble too when I’m tired... defiantly when I’m sick which Celine was....

 

I think she just gets lost with all the questions constantly and the same questions! People forget she is a singer and although she says she likes to talk, I don’t think she likes interviews too much. She also has no guidance from René like before and I think she is doing pretty damn well on her own in handling herself. You have to remember they probably spoke about everything together before interviews.... I’m sure she is much more nervous than before.

 

she has always rambled at times...but its one of the reasons I love her and I think people find her appealing... she is different from the rest

But I think someone in her PR team should really help her out to come up with shorter answers.

No wonder interviewers seem to always ask the same questions. They don't have time to ask all the questions they planned on asking her. :-D

I agree. Shorter answers who be better, if a interviewer has a list of 10 questions to ask Celine, and the first and second questions are about Losing Renè and her kids well good luck because we will never get question 7 which may be something like, “ what can you tell us about the your new album, and what genre are you aiming for.”

 

With most artists they would rather answer the questions about future projects and not like to be asked or try to dodge the family and private life questions so I think that most times the interviewer aims at those questions first because they usually never get much of an answer from other artists and then they move on to the career based questions. Well they should know with Celine it’s the opposite, she’ll tell you how and what color RC poop was when he was a baby but somehow she’ll dodge a question about future projects like a professional lol.

Correct me if I am wrong please! But I do believe that she has mentioned something about that before. During ' Michel Jasmin,pour sa 1000 emission' interview in French she talks about that. She says that Rene said that she was negative, that it was going to rain etc... but she was the one who took all the measures necessary to deal with the situation, so she believed that her attitude was actually positive. ( to me this is one of the most complete interviews ever, Rene and Celine talk about so many things) As I said before, I could be wrong!

Lol well, then, that's par for the course. :giggle:

 

At least it was something new to me. :laugh:

She has spoken about seeing Cheerios in poop, nothings off limits with Celine lol except a concrete answer on her contract in Vegas length or what to expect on the new album lol

Ahh ok I've sadly seen a lot of his interviews :( Since my french isn't that good, so I wouldn't know.

When ever she talks abt fans, she’s not talking to us, her core fan base. She’s talking to the other millions and millions of “general” fans : the money makers.

Us, no matter what happens, “no-matter-what”, we will still be there till her last breath...

Sometimes she winks at us, the 1%, when she decides to perform a never-performed-song like TLBSEPT and we go nuts... the rest of her fans, the 99%, just sit n enjoy a random, unpopular, not so well known celine song...
