Yup, was just gonna say that! The second night after she came back with the new show, the track didn't start and she sang the song 100% live. She changed a bunch up and didn't sing some parts (like the long "I surrender alllllllll" going into the final chorus), although the ad-libs she did during the final chorus for "a thousand dreams I still believe" are some of my favourite ever. :)

 

I believe that's the one and only time the song has ever been performed by Céline fully live, since most of it was lipped during "A new day" as well.

I love how her voice sounds!! Just amazing... And it shows that she feels some songs more u know..

Today marks the one year anniversary of Prince passing away. I wonder if Céline will say anything special? I hope someone catches Kiss/Purple Rain on video tonight!

I think if you read the actual original version of the interview she refers to treatments that are reversible.

Im surprised that she's open about getting cosmetic surgery and for sure she'll be extremely careful in terms of not looking like her.. That makes me happy the fact that she's so open about this, some artists do and never admit so.

And If she doesn't do it, im fine with that as well, she just deserves to be happy :D

I can tell this was definately April 11th. Haven't seen any MHWGO vids yet from tonight, I'm sure she did it by now through!

 

Sorry it`s hard sometimes to distinguish. After a while my ears get confused! LOL!

In my personal opinion, I don't think Celine will get plastic surgery, but always keeps an open mind about it at the same time. I say this because, Celine said that she would consider it, if there were reversible options out there.

 

That statement is a clear indication to me that Celine isn't even looking into it at all, or knows much of anything about plastic surgery options, because there are plenty of procedures out there that aren't invasive and aren't permanent, that are completely natural looking and simple.

 

There's laser treatments, chemicals peels, freezing fat under the chin, zapping away sun damage and age spots, tightening the face with a simple zap here and there. I don't even think a lot of celebrities are even turning to facelifts and procedures that are under the knife anymore. There are so many other options out there right now. I think doctors use facelifts and other invasive procedures as a very last resort these days.

 

I don't even follow the plastic surgery world and I know this information, so I really don't think Celine cares all that much, or else she would be trying these known invasive procedures by now.

 

All the power to her if she decides to go ahead with it someday, but I love that Celine hasn't done anything to herself yet, other then her teeth.

 

The media might make Celine out to be a "Diva", but at the end of the day, Celine is so humble and down to earth. :) I love the fact that, even with her money and fame she still uses a walkman, sings with a corded mic, doesn't use her cell phone, doesn't watch T.V., doesn't actually post on her twitter, facebook and instagram accounts and doesn't go to the spa for facials and pampering.

 

I love it.I find these qualities in Celine so endearing and special! :) :wub: In a world where all people care about is looking 30, when there 50 and having the most instagram followers, people like Celine are so refreshing and needed more of in this world.

Yes the story does seem to have become quite distorted. I don't think she was suggesting actual surgery.

 

In fairness though having read and watched some of the interviews she has given this week her English, particularly when she has been a bit emotional, has been quite hard to fully understand. There were a few things she has said that I have no idea what she actually means. That isn't a criticism just an observation.

 

And personally I love Celine's wrinkles. She should stay as she is!

That is a very good point. if she was actually going to do this then she probably would have done so already. It would be interesting to hear what question she was asked in order to get this response from her too. It may have been very leading.

Next thing I knew I was standing in the chemists opposite the old Dion house in Charlemagne reading on the front of some dodgy magazine that Celine had said she wants more kids.

 

The point is she would never have even spoken about that or maybe even considered it if the interviewer hadn't asked the very leading question. I doubt she has any intention of actually adopting more kids.

I agree. Media always spins things around and makes more out of something, by asking certain questions to try and get a certain response, or taking something out of it's original contexts.

 

I also think Celine isn't the kind of person to close a book on something or say never to anything. Celine might think deep down that she's not going to have more kid's, she's never going to find love again or that she's not going to get plastic surgery, but I don't think she would ever admit it to herself or to the public, or let herself think that way out load. I just don't think Celine is built that way. It goes against her beliefs to make such closed minded and final statements, unless she knows without a doubt that she could never change her mind about something, with 100% certainty.

 

Celine always tries to keep a positive and open mind about things and she always likes to leave a chapter open. I think it would go against her superstitious and religious beliefs too rule anything out, or say publicly that she's never going to do something. Celine knows that nothing is written in stone, so she's always careful in her wording, because she knows that opinions and thoughts can change overtime and that everything she says is being watched and written about for all to see. :)
