YES! She's getting major praise for her high fashion look. :wub: :wub: :wub:

 

We just have not yet caught up to her as a species. She's far too advanced for some of us. :-D

 

Well clearly, to me that was hideous. I just don't get how fashion works. It seems that the worse you dress the more praise you get.

 

Or is it just that when you're in you're in and can't do anything wrong. I guess every bubble bursts eventually.

There’s only one thing I didn’t get, why to “release “ a new song since its not available to buy it yet? I mean.. i loved the preview, I just didn’t get the point, are they planning on releasing the new song soon? It was supposed to be released earlier?

I loved it anyways, I just think now its the right time for a single since it was on tv and people (non fans) are looking for it!

Omg i LOVED IT! and the bonus was just so cool and funny!

She was so herself!! Like i think we never watched her so free like this!

I can only imagine how many material they have removed from the broadcast, it must be an amazing amount of footage lol id love so watch that one day..

I loved the bonus too!

 

I wish we could all feel comfortable enough in our skin to be our authentic selves just like Celine is in these clips. I think that's why she is getting so much praise. Because she isn't worried about what others think -- she is just unapologetically herself in EVERY way and that's incredibly refreshing. The comments on YouTube, Instagram, etc. are overwhelmingly positive and it's pretty much nothing but pure praise for our queen.

Why did they just start to sing the new song without any build up? That was a little weird and then go to MHWGO.

 

Anyway, this carpool was actually amazing. Up there with Adele and Sia. I was so worried it was gonna be bad, but it wasn't at all.

The cuts were kinda strange sometimes.. maybe because they had so much footage and no time for all ..

Yaaaaas Queen!!! I loved it!!!! What a treat to be able to watch it on the big screen, glad I waited until this evening as it is so refreshing not having to watch it on YouTube on my phone and so awesome to see it as one of todays top picks from Sky in the UK. I don’t understand her team / Sony I have to agree. Now is the time for new music. Unless Céline herself has decided to wait of course but now really is the time for a new single.

The bonus part was before the new song if it’s included in the final video. You can see it at the end of the bonus clip. I think the max time is only below 15 mins.

 

Well, people loved it. They’re saying that it’s a bit short and they wanted more. :)

Yeah maybe the song should had been released already.

But since they don't know what they are doing...

 

Or maybe they do and they will release it with a bang.

I don't know if there would be better promo than this, but who knows

I agree! Many were asking what’s the title of the new song. Some were searching in shazam, iTunes. That means they like the new song. It’s the perfect time and she’s trending on twitter, youtube. My Gosh!

I've been thinking a lot lately about the journey that we Céline fans have been over the last few years. I've been a fan since the FIY days, so I still remember the sting of the critical disapproval and general negative attitude toward Céline back in the late '90s/early '00s. Yes, people bought her music in droves and fans loved her, but there was always such an attitude of "she's so cheesy," "she's too dramatic," "her music isn't modern enough," etc. Back then, when irony was the mode du jour, people could not handle her sincerity and ebullience. This wasn't only critics -- it was the general public who thought MHWGO was too schmaltzy, or IACBTMN was too dramatic. I'm so glad that I stuck with her, and never let the opinions of naysayers diminish my love for her. The exact qualities that made people so disdainful (maybe even uncomfortable) are the exact reasons she is so beloved and celebrated today. She is herself. She appreciates what's fashionable and popular, but she doesn't chase it. She just is who she is and she's comfortable being true to herself and her quirkiness. She has always been a champion of feeling things deeply, and expressing herself without guile. It's only just now that the rest of the world values those things, too. I feel so lucky that I've been able to see that shift and to get to see the rest of the world know and love the Céline that we've known and loved all along. It's been said many times, but for me it is more true today than ever: Céline Dion is a gift.

James mentioned so quickly that it was a new song...I didn't even hear him say that the first time I watched the show live. That was weird. You present a new song by a legend worldwide and you barely mention it. I wonder if he was told to do so. And I really wonder what the team's plan is for the release of that new song. Maybe there's no plan! Lol

I don't know what Sony and Team Celine have planned (hopefully it's really good) but man would this be a great time to release a new track.

 

She's trending, people are watching CK and then looking for the new song. If they were to upload the new song it would trend at the same time.

People go on here to plug a tour, show, single or album and they brought up the song and nearly 24 hours on there has been nothing more mentioned regarding it... I honestly can’t get my head around it.

 

I know most songs now drop on Fridays... well if that’s the plan is it not best to give us a heads up?!?

 

Or if not atleast tell us when it’s expected?!?

 

Somethings in life never change and TC/Sony are two of those things when it comes to Celine.

 

Another huge missed opportunity unless they somehow pull this out of the bag soon.

 

It is though really great to see her everywhere here today... online in uk websites, The L’Oréal advert on tv, I seen the BST poster on the tube & when I got back from work she was the top pick of Today’s TV on Sky, it’s soo cool!

Considering this was recorded in March i dont think they even knew what was going to be the lead single, hence why two diff songs have been shown in promo FOMO and this one
