Luke i am shocked you say he can't sing. he is better than most male pop singers out there. his tone can get a bit annoying and sounds robotic at times yeah, but doesn't mean he can't sing. just listen to his nina simone's 'Feeling good' cover at davd foster's concert and tell me he can't sing. having said that, this is the only song of his i like hahahaha

 

I went to see him when he was in Liverpool, I was only a teenager, I went more for my Mum. I can't deny, I really had a great time, and he is pretty good live. He definitely won me over that night.

Wow, that's such awful news about little Noah. How shocking and frightening that must be for the family... a 3 year old? Poor little guy. Hope he gets well.

This must be very recent news; it was only a few days ago that Michael was announced as host for the Junos. And he was apparently due to tape another Christmas special and was slated to host the Brits as well (interesting that they chose a Canadian to do it, but hey, good for him!) But now it sounds like he's (rightfully) putting everything on hold.

How scary.

I just saw the devastating news about Michael Buble's son Noah battling cancer. He's only 3 years old. This is beyond sad. Know one should have to go through this, but especially not a small child of only 3 years of age. :cry:

 

This is so heartbreaking. I always see Michael talking about his children in interviews with the deepest love a father could possibly have for his kids. Both of his children are some of the most cutest kids I've ever seen.

 

My thoughts and prayer go out to Noah, Michael, his wife and his entire family for the difficult battle that's ahead. I am sending you all positive thoughts, for a speedy recovery and the best possible outcome.

No thanks. That idea sounds so typical of celine and her team for something I'm afraid they may do. ....Christmas time, let's sing the prayer and I'm your angel to make it seem like TAST album gets recognitions...

 

The only appealing thing is that it would be the first time they sang it together, but so many other songs deserve to be performed first before that again.

Agreed. Give me "Christmas Eve" or "These Are Special Times" or "Don't Save It All For Christmas Day" live any day over "I'm Your Angel." Not because I don't love the song, but because it's had it's chance.

Another year has gone by could even work in her January shows!! Not that I expect it but come on! A great song with a great message. It could sound amazing if Scott arranged it!

He has the tendency to speak his way through the songs. I could not stand that when Whitney did it. Let alone someone with his basic tone! His duet of Happy Xmas (War Is Over) with Celine is undeniable proof of what I am saying. However, I did watch two performances of Feeling Good and they were nice... to me he is still not much of a vocalist though. All I see is someone with seriousness around him, from the way he dresses to the songs he sings. I think it is the way he is marketed that makes him come off as great singer. Plus, what you said. That he literally has no competition since male singers are below average. I think he is for pop singing what Andrea Bocelli is for opera singing. Overrated. :D Edited by LukeD
