Such beautiful reditions by Celine and Michael.....Did anyone else tear up seeing Celine look so sad and lost at times? :*( You could tell Michael Buble was trying to support her.

 

How she is holding it together is beyond me, lets hope that somehow a miracle happens for them all because I really think it will hit Celine very hard.

 

I hope they have a very special christmas

Oh holy night you can see that the chandeleer is visible. The one used in Vegas. From what i see happy christmas was somewhere else: more lightrays, wider stage.

Thats INSANE!!!!! You can't get anymore crystal clear than that!!!!

I just can't believe how flawless she was, and those high notes at the end of Happy Christmas "oooooohhHAAAHAHHAAA OOO OOOOOOH"

Guys she did it in Vegas. He flew out to Vegas and they dud the duet there. Look at the pic of them backstage. Also why would they clear the orch. Just for them? The lighting is completely different. Look at the color of the curtains.

It doesn't make any difference anyway :)

It's back to 1998, I think part of the reason is because of her voice trainer again! Smartest idea ever was challenging herself yet again with a trainer! Hard work pays off! Ive missed this voice for so long...no nasal no granny grits just PURELY PERFECTION. The fact that she's doing doing it again in almost 2016 is crazy, :wub:

 

If anyone who already didn't adore Celine doesn't now, needs to see a doctor pronto! :bye:

I'm glad. I'm sure it made it a lot less stressful for Celine. Good negotiating by Aldo to get that. Things like song choices I think are probably still Celine and Rene (Annie Horth said they chose the song for the AMAs), but it was probably Aldo that got Buble's people to agree that Celine would participate from Vegas.

Anyone else would love to have seen the black jumpsuit without the black blazer? I think the jumpsuit was gorgeous enough without covering it. Yes the blazer was nice but it should've been paired with jeans at a different occasion.

It's true Shaun- I never thought we'd hear either of those songs again, especially Oh Holy Night and live. They are stepping outside of the tried and tested box and using all her fruits and vegetables!

A little birdie said they edited OHN to fit the time frame of the show. Now I wanna see the whole thing.

I doubt that, just watched it twice and I really can't see anywhere they would have cut it.

 

He probably meant that Celine sang a shorter version due to the time frames

Am I the only one thinking Michael Buble is overrated? He spoke his way through the duet. Haven't paid much attention to him but his voice sounded weak to me.

 

Back to Celine... Yes, she was flawless. Beautiful nasal-free tone, really focused on the performance, looking like the world class Diva she is. Bring more of that, please! :yes: :wub:

I agree! I think he´s overrated. Nothing especial in his voice. Celine was stunning!!!!

you can clearly see celine's pain, this may be her last christmas with her beloved husband, and he wants to see her sing on and on. Merry Christmas Celine and thank you-make this one special for you and your family, you deserve so much because you have brought the world nothing but joy with your voice.
