I just think that her stylist during Divas Live '98 was trying to tone down her diva image to make her come off as the more humble diva with the amazing voice. Did I like the look? Absolutely not. Tonight was a bit different than the other night. I surrender was definitely live tonight - she didn't attempt the two High notes at all. Mhwgo is still live and I thought she did better tonight. Abm old playback returned. No cuts or changes. She did use the cordless mic for every song starting with immortality going on to the end. Purple rain images on the screen didn't work... I thought her voice was slightly better thursday. No other changes I can think of 9

Also, I miss the late-90s hair. I don't like this 'do she's been sporting over the last few years. Too fake, looks like a helmet. Especially during the Sur les Plaines show... Oh, that was awful! I find it very hard to actually watch that show because the hair just looks comical! It's waaaay too much.Miss her natural hair color, too. Think she looks much better as a brunette.
