Rosie uploaded a video with Celine performing MHWGO and a short interview after the performance to her YouTube channel. :wub:

 

Perhaps my favorite performance of MHWGO! Love her whispering tone at the beginning, and high notes during the climax are so powerful.

I agree!

I feel she has drifted away from singing the beginning that way but I agree when done this way it sounds really good. Although present or recent years performances are really good for other reasons.

It's a shame Celine hasn't done the ending with multiple people like this. It could have sounded really good.

I have said it before but I don't think her live performances do that song justice at all especially the last part which only sounds flat live.

They really should bring back that music from the intro to this concert (that we hear in the first 35 seconds). It is so beautiful and atmospheric!

Cause it was broadcast on the TV special with behind the scenes footage and the dancer with the white makeup I guess (starts at 25min) ? But yes, weird to keep it on this audio ...

I know it’s off topic since it’s about Mariah. Her recent performance. What do you think? I think I’m hearing struggles and roughness with her voice. Well, maybe because the sound of her mic now is more forward like Céline’s. Because before Mariah uses more reverb to soften her voice more and have more resonance. Now, I am hearing rawness. This is what I have been hearing with Céline since 90’s and I think some lambs are not ready for the raw sound.

Well, I've uploaded another great unreleased show from the LTAL tour - Live in Anaheim 1998! this one was recorded in Anaheim, Orange County on October 22, 1998. It's great to have more shows from early in the tour because we get more performances of All By Myself! :whee:

I'm so grateful you uploade those 2 shows! They're superb! ❤️ Isnthere any chance you have like mp3 or any other audio files of this? I would do it myself and cut to so the songs are seperate, but I have no pc, nor laptop. Not even a mobile good enough for that... 🙈
