I am so happy that Billy Gilman is back in the spotlight. I've always wondered what happened to him and what he's been up to all these years, so it's really nice to see him achieving fame again. Given that Billy chose to sing this song, maybe he's a Celine fan. It would be really cool if they worked together. Billy really is a very talented and beautiful singer. I hope he wins The Voice.
