It was only performed in a handful of performances and we only have maybe 3-4 recordings of it. All the same unfortunately - besides the rehearsal. As for the london concert, there are various versions of that concert existing in different qualities (some containing only one road, some not) but I believe it's all the same concert - just posted under various names (London, Zurich, Milan) Quote

CDGreece has the concert uploaded one of their YT channels with an extra bit of Volare/ L'Italiano, but the video above is much better quality for the other songs. I think it's a mystery, honestly I think it makes the most sense for it to have been London - because the audience went so crazy for Think Twice. and, if the order is correct, she did Think Twice as the final encore. That makes it seem like it must have been the UK. Quote
