I often wonder if she threw it in there last minute to give herself a break since she was noticeably sick before the concert, and it showed during in parts. Not to mention it was one of her longest, but every song in the show had some sort of significance besides that one. Either a single, or a hit.... Yes, as you just mentioned she was quite sick that night and take in consideration that Live is not exactly the easiest song to sing from her repertoire.
