I don't think the setlist is reliable. Why would they settle on that setlist 4 months in advance?

 

I doubt they have even thought of the set list yet. Probably decide later on in the year when they start rehearsals.

I doubt this setlist is reliable. She said that there would be many songs from the new album, but only three are in the setlist. I would be surprised if there wasn't WAAF and I'm hoping for SLS to be in the setlist. I hope they follow what they did in the SA tour and put many songs from the new album and some gems that we've rarely heard live.

 

Yes and I doubt there will be THREE duets with Barnev (if performed, "I'm Your Angel" would be one too). But I think the final setlist won't be much different than the one posted above [except for a few songs]...

They should do a duets medley and get all the Barnev songs done quicker.

I wonder about the 10.23 show . . that's the twins' 4th birthday. I wonder if she would schedule a show on their birthday. Also wonder if she's going to take them with her to all those countries or if she'll fly back and forth. It's a lot of traveling for 4-year-olds.

Not quite celine sings RDMH which is vocally harder than breakaway as far as range goes. Also the consistent high notes very few seconds apart. Breakaway's a build up song meaning she goes from low to very high spreading out through the song. And the verses are really easy and low, its like 2 belts abd then the chorus. RDMH is high pitched, fast paced, and has very very high belts. The oppsite of Breakaway besides the Eb5's.

Oh, I"m sure the twins would come to Asia . . I meant I wonder if she'd set up a home base in one or two of the Asian countries, but only Celine would fly to the places where she'd only be for one day, like Malaysia or Thailand.

The last chorus is as high as every other chorus... but guys I really disagree there.. RDMH is much easier for Céline to sing.. just like LCMM, just because she's belting high notes in her "confortable zone" doesn't mean it's a hard song to sing FOR HER. I mean, MHWGO is not as high as RDMH and still she's always struggled with it live. Because it's a ballad, because the way the notes flow is different. And "Breakaway" has the same note shifts as MHWGO (without taking into consideration that all of her BREAKAWAY choruses were pitched one semitone in the studio).

I think that's also a matter of training. We can't compare a song she sings almost every day with a song never performed live.

 

The more you sing a song, the easier it is to sing because her vocal chords get used to it. She performed MYWGO only a few times live the last 14 years...

 

RDMH was not sung like she "breaths" in the 90s as it is nowadays...

 

That being said, I'm sure she can handle " Breakaway" if she perfoms it live over and over. But that won't happen. Actually, there's something I don't understand... when she received Breakaway, René said she was all excited and she sang it every day at home ... and she has never performed it live. I'm sure it must be as frustrating for her as for us.
