I think the TC video had a nice concept, but the execution was a bit meh. Some great parts, others not so great. At least there was a storylined video, which I hope we also get for this era.

 

well i like the colourful parts a lot but not so much the black and white and the album's cover doesn't connect with the title either imo.

As far as TC is concerned, that "whats next" line in the end made me wait for 2nd video which never came

Her team isn't aware of much these days. For one, there has been no f****** video's for this album, I can't believe how that can even happen. So her team, not the brightest people out there.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe Celine doesn't want to shoot videos?

 

So she released three videos for her last French album, but for the new English album she doesn't want to shoot any music videos at all? Seems unlikely. So no, of course I think she wants to shoot music videos. Though, if that's where you're going, the more relevant questions is: Does she care?

I think they probably will send it to AC radio in January.

At the end of the day mainstream stations can play it if they want to and they will if people want to hear it.

I hope they take a gamble and do some serious radio promo. But I dont have high hopes. However it should push the album back up the charts :-)

Yeah -- it's GREAT to have NeYo on this track. He's a great energy and very respectful towards Celine. I'm not a big fan of his voice but he knows great pop music.

 

It's been a while since Celine's had a mainstream duet. But hopefully older people will be reminded of R. Kelly, Barbra Streisand, Bocelli, Peabo, etc. when they watch this. And hopefully the younger generation will look at her as "cool" or at least "cooler" after this.

But wouldn't it be MAGICAL for Celine to sing BREAKAWAY Live on The Voice in addition to the duet? In a Diva dress with the perfect Diva hair and makeup? And she sounds more crystal clear perfect than she EVER HAS?!! And they pan to Christina's face and her jaw is on the floor?

 

That would just be lovely.

I'm pretty hyped for tonight's performance. She's on with quite the guest list! I'm hoping everyone watching will get to see what she's really all about and that this will help the album's sales. I don't think we'll see any music videos. At best, they'll just release tonight's performance as the "official video". Sad but I wouldn't be surprised. Her team really flopped on that this time around.

I think Christina's jaw will be on the floor with Incredible. But it would be even more so with Breakaway.
