They were good times! This inspires me to listen to the Sans Attendre album again today. I always enjoy this album during autumn.

In this day and age they don’t even have to release “physical” special editions etc.

 

They can release a digital “special anniversary edition” of albums etc with bonus tracks, remixes, live versions etc.

 

Beggars belief they do absolutely nothing except a token social media post.

I believe that if Celine were using her own unique approaching singing method this song could have reached very far.

 

LMBTL is still amazing❤️. SIA did a fantastic job. I wish Celine would have recorded more modern/SIA songs and not the Vegas songs for the album.

LMBTL is perfect as it is! I love it but I was disappointed with what Sia offered Celine for the Courage album. I expected bombastic hits. Baby is horrible. I can’t listen to it in full. Lying Down was an experiment and it also sounds like one. I hoped for something amazing when I heard that David Guetta is involved, but that song isn’t that great imo. Only Heart Of Glass stands out as a superb song. I love that one

 

I think that David Guetta was the perfect producer for FOMO. His beats and approach would elevate that song so much in its quality, the official version sounds really cheap.

I always thought it would be a done deal, obvious choice, no questions whatsoever... especially after 2012's Olympic Song for Paris... But now.... but yeah I've been rooting for this to happen since they announced that Paris is going to finally host the games

Crazy thing is I remember exactly what I was doing the day I got the CD. I believe it came out on my birthday, but my mom made me wait until the 8th to get it. I spent a lot of that weekend listening to the album lol. I can’t believe that was 10 years ago!

Everyone has their own taste, for me the courage album is one of my top five albums of Celine

I like Courage, i always listen to it, it's pop it's modern, it's different. Always gives me good vibes

I can't really listen to Courage album as most of the songs don't understand a word she is saying. That is one of the things loved most about her songs was I could understand the words, but with Courage most of them I had to look at the screen while the song is playing to know what she was saying. That is not enjoyable to me. I love the song Courage off the album along with Love that I Lost and Imperfections. Rest can really live without.

I think I'll be able to appreciate Courage and Loved Me Back To Life even more if her next albums are a return to her classic sound again. Then it will feel like she had her era of trendier songs and now she's back to herself.

 

I hope she will be well enough to record new music. She was dancing at RW so it's looking hopeful! I'm ready for a new Christmas album, a duets album, a new French album, etc. But I assume performing at RW is her biggest priority, along with finishing the documentary.

And she was right. Celine needs producers like her! Sadly now her producers are yes man saying « everything is beautiful »

 

Im listening the album The colour of my love right and omg the pronounciation is top notch!

I honestly don’t see much of a problem with the pronunciation on “Courage.” I think it matches the mood of the songs.

 

Maybe a bit warbled on “Baby” but I still like the song. Other than that, I’m ok with it. The album to me is her best since FIY, which is my number 1. I love that we have a completely current (for its time) album from Celine.

 

I wish they had done the same for LMBTL, and omitted the Vegas songs and used newer songs instead. SLS, SYS, Breakaway, Didn’t Know Love, Thank You…so fresh. I would have loved the album to have been completed in that vein.
