I still find it funny his name is pronounced like egg, and not E.G. lol. But yes......the bridge is just something else!

The musicians, the background singers: André, Elise ad all the band had a everlasting smile on their face all the show long

 

They were so happy playing in a small club; looked like they were thinking: we've been playing for 25 years in front of millions and millions, biggest arenas, stadiums, and here we are like a dream; like teenagers in a club and in NYC!...Very nice to see!

With Celine's team putting up high quality performances on VEVO -- I've realized two things about this concert:

 

1. It's an incredibly rare and special gift that we have these performances! She's singing new songs from her album LIVE! I prefer this to a lipped CBS Special! And I'm glad they're sharing the videos with us/everyone else. Now, she just needs to film a LIVE CBS special! :) :giggle: :-D

 

2. The Celine Dion impersonators who I thought were ridiculous -- actually aren't as bad as I thought they were. Looking at her body movements/facial expressions during the performance of WATER AND A FLAME. It's exactly like a Celine Dion impersonator would portray her! (For the record, I ADORE that Celine is so distinct. She. Is. One. Of. A. Kind.)

 

So, so thankful for these performances. It would have been fantastic if we could have been there too. But, regardless, I'm glad it happened and this has been -- so far -- the highlight of the US promotion. This concert and the UK X Factor performance have been Epic and Legendary.

Is she doing the opposite of TPOL with this song? Instead of singing live at the beginning, she sings live at the very last part of WDMHBN?

That is exactly what she is doing - and has been since "Celine" started in 2011.

I love the very, very begining of this video because she is so sincerely happy :wub: You just didn't see much of this emotion anymore in Vegas. ( it is rare ) I'm guessing she had just done WAAF??? Maybe they could cut out 2,000 seats in the Colesseum... :giggle:

I don't think they should remove 2000 seats in the colloseum, I think the CP crowd needs to get with it. And I think that from what I have heard, it was an amazing show. Does anyone have mp3 or video of the whole show? I am so excited for those of you who got to go! :)

And as for her speech before Where does My Heart Beat Now, I thought she was actually trying hard Not to resort back to her usual and find a way to say how lovely it was to be in a more intimate setting. I found it adorable!
