Mon Dieu, we haven't seen the complete video and people are complaining. Folks, Céline had three children- she looks great. I highly doubt the camera will pan in on her tummy, It would be nice if we didn't have access to clips of songs or videos before the finished product. Just my two cents

I think she's had quite a few pretty good music videos....

 

I,"t's All Coming Back To Me Now" is probably her greatest, "If Walls Could Talk" is pretty good, "Goodbye's The Saddest Word" had a nice video, "Tout l'ors des hommes" was fun, "Think Twice" was pretty decent, I love "One Heart", "Only One Road" was chic, "Water From The Moon" told a good story, "Et s'il n'en rester q'un" was fantastic, "Pour que tu m'aimes encore" is a masterpiece, "Misled" was cute, with attitude, she looked GORGEOUS in "Contre Nature", "Je ne vous oublie pas" was a nice ode to her career. See...lots of good videos :-)

You are entitled to your opinion but having children myself, it isn't always possible to regain the muscle tone after twins. Honestly, could see Céline Dion having a tummy tuck? Didn't you see her stomach in the fantastic photoshoot of her nearly naked ? It's very obvious there. Take a look at the pictures and you will see the same "puppy pouch" ( a term my sister and I use for women who have a slight stomach) that is in the video pic. It will be airbrushed or probably won't be apparent when they are tweeking the video.

The only marketing strategy that works is when the music company (Sony) sends singles to radio stations.

Sony clearly said in an interview that they will not send Celine's music to radio anymore. They think Celine is getting better promotion thru TV appearances. That's BS.

They suck.

 

So to answer your question, yes, this MV will be uploaded to CelineDionVevo and it's going to be the end of it, as usual

 

Correction: they said they won't send her music to POP radio anymore. Although her A/C support isn´t that impressive also..

Because it's nowhere near as simple as sending dj's a disc.

 

The lengths to which Sony have gone to get Celine played on radio after 2002 are well documented. Most times they are lucky not to have it immediately thrown in the trash.

why are they so greedy? Its not expensive at all to send a simple cd with a song to the radio stations and give it a shot

 

The record label choosing not to send Celine's current stuff to Top 40 mainstream radio isn't them being greedy or because of money. Its because they simply won't play it and radio deals are becoming underfire especially by older artists who in their prim were everywhere but now aren't. Sony is recognizing what Celine's strong suits are still and then choosing to put their eggs into those baskets and not the Top 40 one.

If 'Incredible' is not send to US mainstream radio, then it is doomed not only in US, but Australia too because what is played in US gets airplay there too. Maybe it's time to make a radio deal...? I mean, Celine has millions. Maybe it's about time she uses them so that people outside her fan base remember she exists. Anyway, with or without promotion, I'm happy we're getting a music video! It's funny to see how so many think they know how the music industry actually works. People, no way are the DJ's gonna play Celine's songs anymore, at least in the US. Time to move on from this argument and instead make peace with the fact that, even after all these years, we are getting something and she still has enough clout in the industry to get people to work with her.

 

Let's just be happy that we are even getting the music video for this.

I'm frustrated. Sony Music Poland wrote to me that they won't promote Incredible (they claim to have sent it to radio stations) because there is no point in doing so because it failed elsewhere... I don't understand them. Even if song doesn't become a worldwide hit it shouldn't mean that they can't give it a try...

it failed elsewhere? It was not even officially released elsewhere apart from Québec
