I remember posters of that beautiful cover hanging in every record store! those were the days!! And I remember being in love with the booklet, it was so sophisticated and sexy! I would love to hear (recent) live versions of Love Is On The Way, Why O Why, Tell Him, Miles To Go, Us, Just A Little Bit Of Love and Let's Talk About Love Mine too! I remember buying the album on release date like yesterday. Her posters were everywhere. Great time to be a fan! It would have been a better single than THAL “Just A Little Bit Of Love” would have been a stronger choice as the uptempo single from “Let’s Talk About Love.” It’s a shame it has been ignored all these years. 1 Quote

However, I would never put “The Reason,” “Immortality” and “Treat Her Like A Lady” alongside “The Power Of Love,” “Misled,” “Think Twice,” “When I Fall In Love,” “It’s All Coming Back...,” “Because You Loved Me” and “All By Myself.” Quote

It was the first Céline's album that I was waiting for since I became a fan in 1996. I even made a calender for the countdown . Funny, but I was expecting the album to be called The Reason as CDIFC announced few months before. No internet at the time lol. My Heart Will Go On became my favorite right away and I couldn't believe my ears what a great song I was hearing. I remember, however, that I needed more that the whole album grows on me. It wasn't an instant love like with D'eux/FIY/TCOML. I am probably one of the rare (if not the only one) here who doesn't really like the cover. I always found Céline's photo too photoshoped. She looks like she's been made of plastic and she barely looks like her. The graphic concept is fine thought. After 20 years I think the best track from it is The Reason. I still like studio version of MHWGO, but I don't feel thrills as I did back in 1997. I also think the best value of that album are those non-single tracks such as Us or Where Is The Love. 1 Quote
