I know. The conservative media used it a lot back then just like they use "Obamacare".

 

Ok I misused the reference. I shouldn't of brought it up but that's what it reminded me of.

 

LOL it's okay...I just thought it was a silly point for myself to bring up. The first thing I saw in my mind when I saw Obama and Kool-Aid in the same sentence was this horrible cartoon I saw of the white house with all this stuff like a KFC and a Kool-Aid stand on the front lawn of The White House.

Why is it that Celine's voice has improved so much with this album? I mean, her voice has never been bad at all, but her voice hasn't had this power combined with this beautiful tone in over 10 years. It hasn't been this good since ANDHC, but I actually think her voice here is more powerful than ANDHC (I Surrender and the big note in Sorry for Love certainly present competition, though). There are several things here that we haven't really heard since FIY. But her voice is definitely far better than in TC. Her voice was powerful in TC, but oftentimes it felt like she was screeching and shouting more than belting.

Anyway, back on topic...I'm listening to the songs right now...and if anyone thinks that these copies of the songs are going to hurt sales, get a couple of q-tips and clean your ears out!!! Not only does it have that ANNOYING voice over...the songs also all have a point where it sounds like a record being scratched. They should not have been posted here..but nobody is going to want these for the long run of having the album lol.

OMG I am slow as hell!!!

 

Oh the" black people drink Kool Aid and eat fried chicken" yea now I get it and that sounds racist. I forgot about that. They actually got away with saying that? Never mind I will never put them in the same sentence again. I get it!

 

 

Btw I am not a racist. Not even the slightest.

relax, i know you mean good. but it really doesnt hurt her sale. you see, take me for example, i've already listened to the official released songs so many times that i almost get a bit bored, but ill still get the album. even i've heard the whole album, ill still buy the album. there are three types of customers out there, one is us who support her physical/digital albums. the second one is the type that never buy her album no matter what, so leak or not leak is never an issue for them. the third type of customers is the most important one, they decide whether they buy the album or not after listening to the songs. if the they really like the things they hear, theyll buy it. and where do they hear hers songs? on the internet of course, they hear the songs that are illegally uploaded to whatever network and go to the stores to legally buy the album. the main job for music label is to set target on this group of people and make great great great music that drives them to get a physical album in their hands. because NOBODY buys albums without hearing them on the net first, only fans do that. the label HAVE TO provide a way for the second type customers to listen to the songs! that means, they NEED to leak the songs before its released, its their JOB. leaking is never a bad thing, except it happens too ealy before the released date.

 

So true, for example i like a few of Rihanna's songs but never had in mind to buy her CD, and if there's no available songs in the internet i still wouldn't buy it anyway. Sometime i download the song just because it's available, and sometime i bought the CD after i download the song. it happen very often. The most important is if the album is good people will buy it, and if the album is not that good people will only download it illegally, and if there's no download available then people wouldn't care and wouldn't find it in the store.

i totally don't think what we've got now would hurt her sales. In fact it just makes me more excited about the album.

I'm not racist either...although..the cartoon was kind of funny, not gonna lie. I work in the restaurant industry and after awhile you do start to profile your guests. Most of the time you are right. But it's hilarious when people profile their own race...because they get it. It's not about being racist, it's about being human in the restaurant biz. But, whatever. I love me a hot black man lol.
