It's getting more intriguing now! Still no signs of JJG though. I hope the epic-ness of Je Lui Dirai and DMDB won't prove to be the last from him.

U think Des Milliers de Baisers was epic? I personally thought it was, but i don't know many fans that enjoy the song that much.

 

Oh YES definitely ... It's more than epic for me!

The lyrics alone are worth the price of the entire CD!

This French album was always going to be the more creative of the two. I am okay with the Hollywood album if that's what Celine wants to do, even if it's not my own first choice at this stage. But with this French album I want to see her get creative and let's get her own songs in there. So good news to see that may be happening. This has always been her most personal language to sing in.

I think Celine should record a duet with Carla Bruni. That would be assured promo for the new album. I remember there was a rumor about duets with Bruni and Yael Naim before.

that would be a waste for me, Carla Bruni almost whisper or talk in low pitch voice all the time when she sings. Eventhough Celine can also have a beautiful low pitch voice (as we heard with At Seventeen), Celine changes intonations a lot when she sings. They don't match.
