I can't find any webstore who would deliver the DVD to Finland??Celinedionstore.com does but it's in NTSC format. It needs to be in PAL (region 2). I ordered the english concert and TTEOFTW from play.com. Does anyone else had the same problems? As long as it's Region 2 (or Region-free), I don't think it matters if it's PAL or NTSC.
