Rene talked about the DVD?

Rene - Visting Dachau was too much.

 

C - She learned so much during the world tour. She had time to learn. To understand history, to visit places. She had travelled before but never saw much. It was enriching to learn much more than through music and lyrics.

R - It was great RC. It got him ready for school. RC was very impressionned by la Legion d'Honneur and Sarkozy in France. RC asked what was this medal for. And they told him that the president of France wanted to thank Mum for promoting French all the world because she sings in French everywhere. Daddy can't have him and RC said "But I'm singing in French too?!" Haha. <3

RC doesn't realize yet, but they are sure he will later. He will fell lucky to have seen so much, and will use it for his studies.

 

Talking about Jean Francois and Stephane Laporte. They worked for the DVD in LV. The family trusted them, they didn't feel them tho bc they were very comfortable.

R had the idea to bring it the cinema. It wasn't the original idea. Julie Snyder's team was supposed to do a DVD only but it was SO good R thought they should show it in cinemas. They love their team.

RC - What is this medal for, Mum?

R - Because Mummy is singing in French, and promoting French everywhere. The President is so happy so he wanted to thank Mum. I can't have it, it's for Mummy because she's the one singing...

RC - But I'm singing in French too!

This tour was planned one year before the end of the show of LV. The world was asking for Celine. Celine said no, Rene wanted to wait then, and then Celine said "No let's do it now!". The more they talked about it, the more excited she was. It was the 2nd biggest world tour EVER, talking money. Madonna is the 1st one.

 

They are not scared for their couple but they talk a lot. They are talking about the first years in the career. Celine was quiet, trusted R a lot and he knew he couldn't let her down and he wouldn't. But years after years, she got more interested, asked questions. Right now, R can't decide anything, Celine's in power! Haha. GO CELIIIIIINE.

A friend of theirs (a doctor of 85 years) told them that all that matters in the couple is a happy wife. And now, for 10 years, it's R's motto. "Happy wife, happy life".

Celine's excited about being 41. The tour is over, she's got the pants on now, she's happy then! Haha.

 

Media are asking to interview them A LOT. They can't say yes to everybody. It's their first interview in a year. Celine said she never wants to do anything. Haha. (LOVE HER). Rene is the one going for it, but Celine's got the last word. She does it because she loves him. So she's thankful that he was the one doing it, because she never feels like doing anything to start with.

 

When they arrive home, work stays at the door. They r talking about RC, films, and they only talk about her job one hour per week. Only both of them.

 

Celine's surprised because she loves singing, loves her job, but she never feels like doing anything. Only she wants to do is singing.

 

They are talking about maybe a next show in Las Vegas. Celine's coming up with so MANY ideas. She loves creating things (house, shows...).

 

R says Celine she wrotes songs. She just wrote a song for Marc Dupre. R thinks she should write more, and for her.

 

Their main priorities is RC. He's a great, great kid. He's giving his toys away, he cares about other kids, so they want him to be very happy.

Talking about RC hair. He didn't want to cut his hair but he could hide himself. He was like curtains for him so she never forced him to cute them. But when he joined school, it was part of the school, he HAD to cut them.

They are talking about a film about Maria Callas. They met a producer in Germany. It's in the works, they are talking about it. Still in the works. Ken Nagano. They want to work with him for sure. A show? A CD? Something really BIG.

Celine wants an Oscar. Haha.

 

C - I want to win an Oscar, and my son would witness than and my mum...

R - And your husband too?

C - Yeah, sure...
