No problem at all guys! It was my pleasure I'm working hard to keep my French, and I'm glad Lou said I did quite well. Hehe. Celine's accent is so cute.

 

Regarding the interview, well, first of all, I can't wait to see the movie! Second of all, I wasn't sure I would like the interview because I was scared it would be about RC way too much. It was abt him a lot but seeing Celine so happy makes my heart melt. I don't follow Celine's career as much as I used to but her happiness and the woman she is are still very important to me. I have been a fan for 15 years now, and Celine has a special place in my heart. So, I did enjoy this interview very much, and I don't look into the details anymore, I just take what she gives to her fans, and I know she still gives a lot. She's an amazing lady. <3

Seeing things like her being examined by the doctors with the throat camera is so heartbreaking to me! I want to send her home with a can of chicken noodle soup and a snuggie! It just makes you appreciate everything, as a fan. It truly almost makes me cry, thinking about "My Love" and all the crap she has to go through to just do her job. She has become this legendary person, and that's exactly what she wanted, but it's bittersweet, you know? I almost feel so guilty as a fan for wanting more and more from her, because it gets to a point where "she's gonna flip!" And we don't want that! Inside there is this wonderful sweet amazingly sacrificial woman not much different, in fact I think quite a lot like most of us, who has to keep up with the legend. It's crazy! I think there is a very thin line of love/hate in that for Céline- she lives for it, but it is so hard yet she will never say no, she'll keep doing it. I have never known anyone with so much perseverance. Stars today, young musicians, they have NO idea. They would never be willing to give up their life the way Céline has done. They don't want it as much as she does/did.

 

So let's not overanalyse her lipped notes/live notes....her "mistakes", her "successes". Just be glad that she is doing ANYTHING! She has had an amazing career since she was 12-13. She has proven herself over and over again. And we all know that when she sings live it is heaven sent! There is still nothing wrong with her voice, and she still loves to sing, as she stated last night. You can definitely see her passion onstage, and it is BEAUTIFUL!

 

I can't wait for the movie to see my superstar! But I also can't wait to see simply Céline, the woman I have grown to love for her offstage qualities more than her onstage ones. And that's kinda a big thing to say haha. I just can't believe all she has to go through, even though I have known about most of the things she does to protect her voice, etc, it seems like too much. I'm so glad we get to see it as fans, so that it humbles us. It will only make you love her more

Your comments got me emotional, because you are totally right If there's a conclusion we can be sure to have before seeing the movie, is that this will make us love Céline -even- more

 

Music has to be today for her like a drug... she still loves it and feels passionate about it, but sometimes the whole procecess hurts, and we are very demanding sometimes with her (starting from myself of course). That's why I don't want to see her doing another Vegas episode, I just want her to rest and record albums and sing her music whenever she feels good to do it, but not forced to do it at all

Brilliantly put Lindsey, about what you said is true I could care less in she is lypsyincing or not. All I can is that sometimes as fans we want so much from her, that we over look that kind of things. New Singers have no idea what hard work is as a singer/ entertainer. Also the the doctors who examined her, I wanted to go over there and give her big hug and send some homemade Chicken Noodle soup and a great movie to cheer her up. :shy: I personally feel that as a fan, I get all work up about what Celine is doing that I don't focus on my wonderful life I have. I know Celine wouldn't want that from me.
