Guys, I just wanted to know, will this ever be released on DVD?

 

There is a Taking Chances tour DVD coming out but nothing has been said officialy about it. Maybe it will include this documentary. Who knows.

I'm guessing this is the TC DVD

I'd imagine the DVD release will be something like this:

 

English/ worldwide release:

 

DVD1 - Documentary in English

DVD2 - Boston concert

 

French/ Canadian release:

 

DVD1 - Documentary in French

DVD2 - Montreal concert

 

...and a live CD too!!!

slight concern- obviously we'll go if possible, but do you think there are enough people who would actually go to the cinema to see this? It's a different type of event. I just can't imagine alot of people saying ''oh, let's go to the movies to see Celine Dion''. I don't mean to sound negative.

 

i know what you mean...

we will see in time, but i hope that it sells well :D

 

When AND was shown in theaters like this, It showed in ATL, GA and the theater was full - a nice big theater - and everyone clapped and reacted almost like it was a real show...

I am SO glad that they are doing this!! :xmas_biggrin:

I can hardly breathe when I watch it, it makes me tear up ... she is so phenomenal and gorgeous!!! - - I CANNOT wait to see it in all of its Celine-ish Glory :clap:

 

Yesterday I went to the cinema to watch "Avatar", when I arrived, there was a crowd in it, and guess what, there is a Celine Dion A New Day... Live In Las Vegas concert being played on the big screen, the people seem very excited, and when the song "my heart will goo on" playing. The atmosphere become romantic, the people held hands and hugged each other while watching. it's really like when watching a concert at the stadium. I do not think people still enjoy the song before and celine is not the most popular singers today anyway, but surprisingly they still love it. I was thinking maybe because the place is always crowded, but when the concert ended and replaced with Rihanna concert, they disbanded and only a few people who watch it. I'm so excited.

That would be awesome, however I'd also like to have some kind of backstage footage like "A New Day... All Access".

The interview was new. She talked about the first time she went to DisneyWorld with RC, how magic it was! :)

Oh man. I went to Avatar hopinggggg but doubting there would be a Celine preview. No preview. But I was pretty excited waiting for a possible opportunity to jump up and deafen everyone in the movie theatre.

 

I can't even think if there would be a preview. Or what it would be in other than some of the family type Christmas movies coming out.

Micheal Jacksons movie was also supposed to play for 2 weeks and its STILL playing, if the movie continues to sell out they probably extend it...if not thats ok too because it mean the faster the DVD will be released

they stop playing a movie in theathers when it stops selling, oh i hope Celine's movie will never stop selling then :clap: , i can keep dragging my friends to see that movie!

I think it will only be for the 8 nights. So I would go, don't wait to see if it hangs around, because I'm sure it won't!

I'm actually really excited to see how this is taken by the public.

I keep getting a feeling that we're gonna be shocked at how well this does. Idk though. Lol

i just hope it plays in my town, or is released on dvd...

i'm just excited over all though. :)

That is BEAUTIFUL! Seriously, that is perhaps the most elegant, usable fan made cover I've seen on the forum. I'm sure the final one will be something like that.
