It was based on a Rohl Daul book! I read it! Hehe! Recommendation: Clash of the Titans. I know the reviews said it was bad, but I liked it! The good part about it, you know how all those Greek mythology stories are so long and confusing? Well this one isn't! It makes it easy to understand, and more action than anything! So nice to watch something that's not in english for once I saw that movie the other day too! My aunt randomly gave me the DVD and said "You have to see this" I really loved it!!!! I think it made it better since it wasn't in English for some reason! So she's dead in the end right? Kinda sad That same director, Guillermo Del Toro is remaking The Haunted mansion, except it's going to be a scarier version of the Disney movie (with Eddie Murphey). I'm looking forward to it! Frida Posted August 9, 2010 at 08:45 AM Author Posted August 9, 2010 at 08:45 AM SPOILER I watched El Orfanato/The Orphanage again last night, love it... So nice to watch something that's not in english for once I saw that movie the other day too! My aunt randomly gave me the DVD and said "You have to see this" I really loved it!!!! I think it made it better since it wasn't in English for some reason! So she's dead in the end right? Kinda sad Yeah, she is, but I actually don't find it sad, it was rather predictable towards the end. I mean, her son went without his medicine for a year, of course he would've been dead even if he hadn't fallen down the stairs, and she's been swallowing pills like crazy all night, some organ was bound to give in sooner or later... But anyway, I LOVE the ending, it makes me cry every time... The way Simon says "will you stay and take care of us?", the children/her old friends sitting on their beds, Tomas coming (without his mask, finally allowed to be with the other kids, the way he is) guiding the blind girl over to Laura, how the blind girl touches Lauras face and tells the other children it's her and how they say something like "she's grown up like the ones in the story". I love it. It makes me an emotional wreck, but I love it Quote http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p234/celinedion_56/tcc2copy3_zps08f18352.pnghttp://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p234/celinedion_56/tccgallery-1.png
