Edwin Posted September 27, 2009 at 09:58 PM Posted September 27, 2009 at 09:58 PM The Time Traveler's Wife was better than I expected. But I loveee Rachel McAdams in most anything. Clare has been in love with Henry her entire life. She believes they are destined to be together, even though she never knows when they will be separated: Henry is a time traveler--cursed with a rare genetic anomaly that causes him to live his life on a shifting timeline, skipping back and forth through his lifespan with no control. Despite the fact that Henry's travels force them apart with no warning, Clare desperately tries to build a life with her one true love. Quote

It wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I'm not sure why but I just didn't like it that much. If I remember correctly it was the ending I really hated. I also don't like movies that constantly flash back from the future to present to the past and back and forth all the time either. It gets annoying. Cellphone Posted September 29, 2009 at 09:00 PM Posted September 29, 2009 at 09:00 PM "Love Actually" is a FABULOUS movie!Emma Thompson is marvelous in this movie! And well, any other movie she's been in! It also has Liam Neeson, Hugh Grant, Laura Linney, Keira Knightly, Alan Rickman Love Actually is nice. And Emma Thompson was great in it. Inglourious Basterds was great. And so are all the other Tarantino movies I've seen. Quote

Davey84 Posted October 31, 2009 at 03:24 PM Posted October 31, 2009 at 03:24 PM http://www.terugnaardekustdefilm.nl/ I was really impressed by it! when it comes on the international market, it's a recommendation! It's a thriller and the movie really gives you an eerie feeling without all the blood and gore the main character is played by the like 'dutch oprah'. she's been a blonde for over 25 years and now with brown hair, she's totally different! Raevaz Posted November 1, 2009 at 04:15 PM Posted November 1, 2009 at 04:15 PM (edited) I saw This Is It yesterday and it was amazing.. The effects they were going to have were amazing like at the beginning of the concert for the intro they were going to have a giant MJ replica similar to the Thriller statue made of screens playing a video and then MJ would emerge out of it.. Must see or buy on DVD when it gets released Edited November 1, 2009 at 04:18 PM by Raevaz Quote
eszcd30 Posted November 20, 2009 at 05:17 AM Posted November 20, 2009 at 05:17 AM I know this has been "dead" for a while but I was running around the site and saw your avatar scallywag. It's so weird, I've seen Loving Annabelle a multiple of times but it's been sitting in my dvd rack and just this past week I pulled it out and watched it like 5 times straight through. Still gives me goosbumps even after the 5th time in a row... It's just an amazing movie and it wasn't done in a bad, cheesy way. It's hard to watch it and not feel pain for both women when they are at the prime of their angst. And then when they finally give in... I kept thinking "I want you to need me, like the air you breath". I think that totally sums up the movie... Anyway, glad to know I'm not the only one who LOVES it! Edwin Posted January 11, 2010 at 02:32 PM Posted January 11, 2010 at 02:32 PM Sunshine CleaningIn order to raise the tuition to send her young son to private school, a mom starts an unusual business -- a biohazard removal/crime scene clean-up service -- with her unreliable sister Amy Adams and Emily Blunt are awesome in this movie. I think they are both darling, but together they are Great great movie! It's from the people that brought us Little Miss Sunshine so if you liked that, you should like this one too. Quote
SvetlanaSav Posted January 11, 2010 at 06:16 PM Posted January 11, 2010 at 06:16 PM District № 9 is very interesting and exciting movie. That idea about aliens and their reservations is original. because all these movies about ufo have the same plot: aliens captured humanity and people are struggling with them. But in this movie I sympathized with strangers. Quote

reamary Posted January 13, 2010 at 08:06 AM Posted January 13, 2010 at 08:06 AM I would recommend.. Far From Heaven - Really an amazing film! It's about prejudices and "denied topics" in the 1950's. There's Julianne Moore in it. Être et avoir - A French documentary film about a small village school in the French countryside. But it's a real cute story, I've watched it a plenty of times! The children are so sweet. La vita e bella http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBfjzzAVjWo I was going to mention this one, it's really good (but sad too)! Everyone should see it!! Crash is also worth mentioning and watching, there's another story that makes you think. Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, my personal favourite, but I guess that's a very controversial one, others like it and others say they don't get it at all... But I LOVE it!!
