ladylindsey Posted December 1, 2009 at 12:38 AM Posted December 1, 2009 at 12:38 AM The quality is about the same, I think. I haven't seen the H&M things firsthand, but I have a few Target pieces from their collections over the past few years. It's cheap, not great, but reasonably priced. I have gotten a dress or two, mostly a couple of shirts, and a black fitted trench coat from their GO International line. The quality is so so, you know how it is, you get what you pay for haha. I sort of want to get it in a couple of other colours as well, but since I'm not a millionaire it might be better to put the money towards an entirely different style? I Love You Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:18 PM Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:18 PM Oh My God Frida you have the best clothing Collection and all designer. :xmas_ohmy: :xmas_ohmy: Quote
MTJ Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:32 PM Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:32 PM Frida, I'm not going to start with the whole "omg you're amazing everything you have is designer!" business, because I know you hate that. But, you do have a very impressive LV collection. Meanwhile, I'm thinking about these boots Frye They're around 340 USD plus shipping and tax. I don't know. I NEED a pair of rain/snow boots, and these are the only pair I'm really crazy for. My bank account isn't crazy for them, though. I like them because they're half preppy, half trendy. And kind of bad-#ss... Quote

I have a few "designer" pieces. Very, very few.. Frida Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:42 PM Author Posted December 3, 2009 at 11:42 PM Thank you Micheal! It really does make me feel sad when people think it's all about the label.. (but I realize why some express it like that, and I realize that it's my fault for not explaining the purpose of the Celine Closet thread.. ah well) I'm gonna say what I always say: if the quality is good then it's an investment (if you think you'll wear it a couple of years). And sometimes it's really really hard to find exactly what you're looking for, so when you finally see something you like then go for it! Even if it costs a little extra! Like with the watch I'm looking at. It's a bit pricey ($350), but I have my watches for years (the one I have now I've worn for 6 years I think) and since I rarely find one I like my heart is telling me to go for it.. If I end up wearing this one for 6 years as well then that's, what? $60 a year? This is the one btw: http://www.watchesshop.com/watches/michael-kors/mk3092-ladies-silver-bracelet-watch.jpg Anyway, back on track, I think you should get the shoes! MTJ Posted December 4, 2009 at 04:49 AM Posted December 4, 2009 at 04:49 AM That reminds me of my old watch! I think it's great. If I get the boots, you have to get the watch! lol Quote
