However, when they arrived, they had simply printed the 2 online promo posters on photo paper! As I didn't pay that much for the items, I thought it would be easier to keep them, but I made sure I left neutral feedback on her profile, making it clear that the items were fake. Shortly after that I received a message from her inviting me to return the photos to her, and she will reimburse me if I change my 2 neutral feedbacks to positive. I thought this was a strange thing to request, as I should be entitled to a refund anyway as I was not satisfied with the purchase. So I returned the items to her. Yesterday she contacted me again as she had obviously received the returned photos. She told me that I must change the feedback or else she will not refund anything, and she sent me a feedback modification request for both items. I sent several messages to her arguing that I should not have to change the feedback to get a refund, but she kept replying saying that she wouldn't do anything unless it was changed. I then started a dispute for both items on Ebay, but as I had already returned the items to the seller and did not have tracking information, I realised it would just be her word against mine as to whether I had actually returned the items. This meant I had to change the feedback to positive, but even then I had no guarantee that she would refund me. Fortunately she did, so I am glad I got my money back, but extremely angry that she manipulated me into giving her positive feedback. I have since reported her to Ebay for feedback extortion, I hope she can get the negative feedback she deserves! Edited June 20, 2013 at 03:18 PM by Timster Quote
