I think it's ok that some of us don't like the song. It shows our differences in musical and there is nothing wrong with that as we are all individuals. I, for one, think this song even in it's quality is vastly superior to most of the songs on Taking Chances. I, like many of you, still can't believe that Map to My Heart and The Reason I Go On were left off the album. I think There Come's a Time should have been included on Taking Chances, but those are just my musical tastes.

I love it! The song should have remained LMBYS... its a 'soldier-kinda' song. It would be a great theme to the Lifetime show, 'Army Wives'!!!

 

I love Army Wives on lifetime, i just started watching it recently, great show and the song would fit perfectly with it. Anyway i think that let me be your soldier would of been a better title for the song. The song sounds good, I'm sure it will sound even better when we have the song in HQ on the album.

It's good to hear it again! It's better than I remember, but I'm a little starved for new material right now I would prefer this song to be on the album over A Song For You, Skies of L.A., or RNTTRO. I really like the way her voice sounds! Overall I don't think it's an above average song, but I don't mind listening to it at all

I listened to it despite being regretful afterwards... whatever. The song is above average but not near her best songs. It deserves to be released though. I like it more than the very average TRIGO.

The HQ will make me love the song for a while i'm sure...

I like it very much, though it's not one of my fovourite songs of hers, but this song really is better than TRIGO IMHO.

Even though it's not better than MTMH... but well, I guess it will grown on me when I heard it in HQ.

btw, I luuuurve the instrumentals, it's definitely a ballad and even though it has spanish guitar it doesn't seem a spanish typical song at all.

I have to say that, on first listen, it doesn't immediately grab me. Perhaps on further listen but at the moment it fully did not deserve a place on "Taking Chances," it would not have fit. Don't get me wrong it's an ok song but nothing more than a standard album track.

Somehow the song actually made me shiver. It is very intense. Somehow it fits to "I got nothing left", don't you think?

The beginning is absolutly stunning but later on it indeed gets a bit boring.

I don't know yet what to think of this song. I'll wait to hear the HQ version. It didn't "grab" me at first listening like some of Celine's other songs. Maybe it will grow on me... I don't get it why they changed the title, it should have stayed LMBYS.
