Can somebody tell us what's gonna be the second single?

I'm dreamin' about a re-issue (and why not a remix) of Because You Loved Me!

 

I don't think there will be a second single unless they release TCAT. I highly doubt they'd re-release something old...

I just got my copy today!!!

 

I am very excited to have a new Celine CD in my hand, even if it is a compilation. But it is a very comprehensive compilation with nearly all of Celine's hits and (non)hits so it's quite a generous package.

I got the 2-disc version from hmv. I must say, the cover looks rather dark, but maybe that's how it is meant to look??

 

Anyway, I'm confused because I thought it was released on Monday 27th? How is it I received it on 25th? Moreover, I ordered the single on the same day and I am still waiting for it

 

One question: Why is there no Where Does My Heart Beat Now? Celine must really hate that song for it not to be included here. But it has been so long since she sang it, you'd think she'd have warmed to it again. Or maybe they had a serious fall-out with the song writer? I mean, she never sings or mentions it and here it is, excluded from her Ultimate Essential Greatest Hits. Unless it is included in the US version? But here they have included Seduces Me and, as far as I know, that was never released here...

because i ordered mine through barnes and noble and i usually don't get mine til the middle of the week.

MLUEC is #43 on iTunes Italy now, #24 on iTunes Italy's Pop.

I have no idea...

I ordered both the single and the album earlier this week... I had an email on Wednesday to say the single had been dispatched and then, yesterday I received a second email to say the album had been dispatched. I thought they had timed it with the weekend so I would get it on Monday or Tuesday but no, it arrived today!

And, oddly, I'm still waiting for the single!! My suspision is that there has been a mix-up and they sent the album when they should have sent the single... I hope this is the case, otherwise it could be that the single is now lost...

 

Anyway, it's crazy to have the album even before it has been released! I hope it's genuine!! I did use hmv so it should be above board!

 

Is there anybody planning to buy both the single CD version and the double CD version?

 

ps. I just listened to There Comes A Time. I think I like it. The lyrics are woeful but it sounds quite nice, and I like the drum, but I know it won't appeal to everyone.

I will be buying both editions of the album.

 

I've placed my order with Amazon USA for the 2 editions

 

and I will go to the FNAC in Chartres, France on Monday to pick up the 2 French editions of the album.

 

Now I'm wondering if the UK edition will be different from the French version! I am clueless as I've been away from the forum for a month!

On her website, the rating of MLEC is now 6.7, much lower than ONCP. What's wrong with you guys, it's just a GH album.

Thats what I said to sony uk, half way through the making of this album, and they mentioned this to Celine.... so I'm glad you're pleased Wendy!!

I'm not sure if it is different to other versions but the cover of my CD is purple. It looks a lot darker than I was expecting.

In that case, my guess would be that they used different postage (first class maybe?) to ensure we received it as close to release date as possible. They probably didn't expect it to be delivered on a Saturday. Whatever the reason, I'm just really happy
