"My Love: Essential Collection" album - Official Topic

Well I emailed TC yesterday to tell them that I still have not received mine and they said that my order was mailed on the 24th Oct and that it takes 12-24 days to arrive. Today its twenty seven days. I really think mine has gone missing

I haven't got mine either. They said it's shipped on October 30, and it's been 23 days... I sent an email to TC to inquire of my order status. They usually made mistakes for my order. Last time they even didn't ship my order but the page said my order was shipped. I hope it doesn't happen again this time...... :huh:

so did enyone else notice there's a 14th track on disc number 2 ? its mylove but not live ! its not listed on the cd or the back of the case ! :msn-wink:

yes it's the radio version of the song...

and it's in the US tracklist versions.. like US / canada/ asia / australia or so...!!.

Hey Guyz, I just recieved the Promo CD of My Love: Essential Collection, it was great. Is celine releasing this album in Japan?

I finally got a copy of the 1CD version today, from Woolworths (while I still can!) as I had a gift voucher :clap:

They had TC in their charts too, for only £4, and as I only had the Japanese bonus track version, I decided to buy it cos it has that black/gold sticker and the actual digipack case is different, cos the UK version is thinner, and the CD is on the left and the booklet on the right, but the Japanese verison is thicker, and the CD is on the right and the booklet on the left.. ^_^

However when I took the empty, scratched and scuffed display case to the checkout they literally swapped it for another one under the till and it wasn't even sealed!! Later when I checked it wasn't in much better condition than the display cases. The sticker had scratches on it and the back had all these scuffs on the back. :nono:

I'm glad it only cost £4 cos I want to buy a brand new SEALED copy on ebay now! :angry2:

*Also I've noticed the album covers on the 1CD booklet are much easier to see than the 2CD booklet...

I finally received my order from TeamCeline!!!!!! But it's so disappointing!!!! :angry: :angry: :angry:

In October, I pre-ordered 7 of My Love Ultimate Essential Collection, 1 of My Love Essential Collection, 2 of Celine Dion sur les plaines t-shirts, 3 of scarves, and other stuff. It showed my order was shipped on October 31th. After more than one month, I finally received it today. However, I'm very surprised to find out that there is no any My Love sticker inside. I should have at least 8 stickers, but I receive none. I heard some people received postcard as replacement. But I receive nothing!!! :angry: :angry: :angry: No aplogy letter, no notice from TeamCeline.

I really don't know what's going on with the service of TeamCeline, but I'm extremely angry and disappointed. It's not the first time that my order has problems. The service became so horrible since the Boutique was run by Musictoday. I made an order of about US$350 but got such service in return.

I feel so cheated and unhappy now. Is that their way to treat a long-time royal fan of Celine?
