celinefanonline Posted September 14, 2013 at 12:24 PM Posted September 14, 2013 at 12:24 PM (edited) after watching the blu-ray have to say wow it's an amazing show!! too bad that she didn't take the tour down under though.... oh wellalso have to say she actually can sing live though (i have her previous 2 tours dvd, i'm just amazed that she sounded pretty good live)anyway i'm just gonna write some songs that stand outintro was really cool very religious thoughGang Bang - it's like a mini action movie love it!!Open to your heart to Masterpiece love this segment especially with the trio and the song they did together with madonna in between these 2 songs!Vogue - love it it's like a fashion show cat walk!! pretty cool!!from Erotic Candy Shop to Love Spent is probably my less favourite part of the show, probably cause she keep taking off her clothes lolI'm Addicted - very cool using monk / kung fu stuff!!!Like A Prayer - love it as it's one of my favourite Madonna song one thing though wish they could use a real choir that would be something really cool and nice! overall i would give this concert 7 or 8 out of 10i love the fact that she would re work on her old songs for her tour as i do have her previous 2 tour dvds i'm kinda disappointed about the extra content of the blu-ray / dvd .....but as i'm watching the workshop doc video, was thinking This is something that's missing from AND DVD they should have include this in AND DVD too the work shop for AND from audition to rehearsal and the choreography and so on.......as for the music mmm i think i understand why the album didn't sell that much, for me i think it's just ok for some of the music so yeah... I think it's in my top 3 after Ray Of Light & Music. I saw the live 2cd set at MediaMarkt today... I asked if they had the bluray yet and he said it was postponed cos it had a defect. They should definately fire the guy or girl who edited this concert to pieces. Not only the editing is the worst I have ever seen, but also the quality of the picture - grainy, overlighted faces, instagram effect all over. What you are gonna see is quick camerashots going from to one to the other. You barely have time to see what is going on. Everything is montaged like a videoclip with flashy images, so you don't have the feeling that you were actually there or in that audience seeing that show. It makes you dizzy how quick these images change. There is one song with Madonna singing a guitar song, and all the time she is standing there the camera shoots from up to left to right, flash again, up, right - I think just show Madonna singing that song, that is all I am asking for. I was not asking for a super montaged videoclip. I think this is the worst editing I have ever seen.And the audio is even worse. It is muffled, esspecially the bassdrum. In girls gone wild the bassdrum is the most awful and it sounds like Madonna's voice is too loud in comparison to the rest of that song. I was so anxiously waiting for this concert on bluray, but it is just bloody awful and I have not watched the whole thing yet because I got so dizzy and annoyed by all these quick changes and camera angles that I turned if off. If there's one concert, I'd love to see again live, it would be this one! :wub2: The songs and the dances are just amazing!! Madonna is really into it!But for the blu-ray, I didn't think the footage was as HD as it could be! But I guess they just wanted it to look grindy at times...also the many changes between shots is kinda annoying, I wish you'd had angle buttons on these music dvds, so you could also see the concert from one angle....
